Beautiful gardens, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, but but very clean rooms.

Good location in the Brac island. Good conditions for swimming lovers! Beautiful garden! We enjoyed the breakfest. Stylish villa with big balcony! Convenient location for further travel to Split by ferry.

The location and shared facilities

The rooms were the worse rooms we have ever had. We booked a luxury room and it was a mess. We had an uncomfortable feeling of dust in the room ( I took pictures of the dust in the mattress) , the ceiling was full of squashed mosquitos with blood (they should at least clean and put mosquitos curtains , we killed more than 20 mosquitos ), the water in the shower floated the bathroom and the painting of the bathroom ceiling was falling down. They can’t offer this rooms and if they do not a such price and don’t call them luxury rooms. Absolutely disappointing experience. The mattress seemed to have more than 25 years. We complain and explain how we felt and they limit to say “sorry for your experience”. Not recommended at all. The pictures of my booking corresponded with a modern room that had nothing to do with the one they provided me

Location is great close to the beach. The receptionist Adela was very nice and proffesional (in contrast to the other receptionists).

Hotel is very underwhelming considering the price. The food in particular was not worthy a four star hotel at all, and was more like something you would expect at a cheap canteen (unhealthy and not tasty). Rooms should have been cleaner, and they should also take more care not to bring in mosquitos into the rooms on the first floor (impossible to get rid of considering the massive curtains and high ceiling). A hotel of this price should also offer complimentary water during dinner. It is quite ridiculous to not offer this, considering that the public water is in Croatia is great (and they do offer water for free during breakfast).

Fantastic location, great food. Relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff. Friendly, smiley, helpful chef who looked after the desserts. He always helped me to find something gluten free ?

I like location, staff in restaurant, staff who clean the room.

Food for dinner could be better. Personal at reception could be more polite. Bathroom should be renovated.

Rooms with sea view aren’t actually rooms with sea view but rooms with a parking view. We were very disappointed to overpay for the view we didn’t get.

The property was amazing. We had a corner suite with a balcony that gave us a private perfect view for sunset- unreal. The beach is great, staff is lovely, and grounds are beautiful. Our room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable.

We found the buffet (breakfast, dinner) to be fine but not amazing. The tv in our room didn't work.

Room that we stayed in was advertised as Balcony with a sea view but the view was mostly a building and a trees.

The location from the port is good and allows a nice walking, access to beach, different resort services like the spa also really good (add charges apply of course), the personnel from Spa were really kind and the one from restaurant too, they offered different activities during the week, so people can spend some good chilling time here.

We mentioned the main light from the bathroom was broken, unfortunately never repaired during our stay or any feedback given, so there was additional light in bathroom but not really convenient for proper usage.

The room was great, with beautiful sea views, and just few steps to the beach. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of meals to choose from. All the staff were very welcoming and always ready to assist.The location is in a quiet area, with central Supetar reachable in 15-20 mins walk for an enjoyable evening meal. During the day, there are bar and restaurant facilities within the Labranda Velaris Resort, and there is a small supermarket nearby.

Something not in the resort's full control, as I understand no resort owns beaches in Croatia. However, the resort may explore to use its local economic clout to lobby the local administration to improve further the resort beaches, as beach stones are quite large and beaches may be difficult to use without beach shoes.

Comfortable bed and modern rooms. Spacious balcony with sea view. Good breakfast buffet. Beautiful pine forest surrounding the hotel.

Beach was ok, but room for improvement. No beds available. Charge for using shower at the beach.

The location and beautiful garden.The staffs were very friendly.

Wifi was very weak. And the breakfast can be better.I got bedbug. I think the bedsheet was not clean. Please check the bed in room 217 whether there are bedbug. I got bitten by bedbug after staying there.

The beach which is a public beach (also accessible for everyone else) was very beautiful.Breakfast buffet with a big variety of different meals

The pictures of the hotel include also the beach which is actually public.We booked a "Deluxe room" which should have in theory space for 3 people but the room was in fact quiet small. No idea how 3 people should stay there comfortably...We booked a "garden view" room and were actually looking to a street.200 € per night is for sure too much and we were quiet disappointed.Very sad to see that Croatia is more and more focused on sqeezing every € out of their tourists. Next year we will travel to another country.

The staff was kind. Breakfast was good.

The airconditioning was not functioning. Everything is extremely out dated feels like you go back 20 years in time. The price is way too high for what you get in return. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable beds were not what we expected for a 4 star hotel. The gym is broken and old with very limited equipment. We do not recommend getting a garden room, this is right below a noisy breakfast facility that will wake you up at 6:30.

A lot of options for breakfast and dinner, nice staff, excellent aircondition, beach nearby.

There were splashed mosquitos on walls and lamps in our room. It was not something I would expect from a deluxe room. Also a terrace on ground floor was not useful: we coldn't enyoj sitting there because it is surrounded by bush with a lot of mosquitos.

Location is great, staff very friendly and welcoming, and the room and hotel in general very clean. Parking available and once you arrive everything is close by, no need to go anywhere by car. great that you are in middleof a garden so very green and relaxing.

I am aware that it is not possible to have a photo of every single room, but be aware that when you book something, you might get something completelydifferent. we booked the deluxe suite, which on every site has photos of the balcony, (and sea view presumes that it is a complete sea view, not partial sea/garden). however, what we got was a very small balcony, very boxed in, and neither comfortable nor in any way whatsoever even close resemblence to the photos. I am enclosing the photo of the balcony that we had and the second photo of the comparison of the two.. also, although not specified on the site, not everything is in the main hotel building (however this is in not an issue, everything really close)

Nice location, relatively clean, convenient stay.

We did not like staff at the reception. We were discouraged to extend our stay by one more additional day by the reception staff who told us they are already overbooked, and if we book they will have to either move us to another hotel, send us to a different island possibly or even cancel the reservation! Although booking.com site showed availability for that particular day (today), we were very discouraged to extend our stay as hotel was overbooked according to the staff at reception… very unprofessional.
