The staff! What a lovely couple who were so keen to help at all times.After a few days of camping and dancing, we needed to rest in a clean and comfortable place - this is what we found at Hotel Paradiso.The room was large, the bed comfy and a lovely view from the balcony.Also the location is very close to the castle and the bars and restaurants.

Salvatore and Maximo were beyond great as hosts. They acted as interlocutor with our competent taxi driver. Both were extremely attentive and kind. I heartily endorse this hotel. It provided first class service ten times as good as hotels considered to be the best of Italy!
That I’m not there right now in a breezy room with a balcony overlooking the Madonie Park and mountains.
The location is very prominent and close to all attractions in the vicinity. The hotel is exceptionally clean and staff is friendly. there is also parking nearby.
the shower cubicle barely fits a normal sized adult, let alone someone of a larger frame. the WiFi connection was very weak in our allocated room.

Everything exceeded expectations. Salvatore, the manager was fantastic, extremely helpful, polite; just an all around nice guy & can't say enough good things about him!!! The owner of the hotel is lucky to have him.
