- The hotel was warm, welcoming and extremely friendly and I was made to feel very welcome.My son lives in Marin and the hotel staff were more than happy for him to come and go during my stay.My room was lovely and the bathroom very spacious.The whole hotel was very clean and my room was made up as often as I required.A great stay in a lovely place and very central.Will definitely be returning on my next visit to see my son.

- The shower was broken .Less water.
- If you plan to sleep after 9:00, forget it. Cleaning staff starts banging and chatting loud around 9.
- The WIFI in the Suite room was so bad that we had to move to a different room (a more central standard room) to get a signal. They did this for us and provided us a refund for the difference in the cost of the two rooms.

The staff was very accommodating and gave us free hot water in the morning for our instant oatmeal and coffee from the states. They stored our bike carrier boxes safely in a state room.
