Pros +
- Everything was excellent. Fantastic food, facilities, and close to ski slopes.
- Really nice service, everything felt new and the experience felt elevated. The staff are very hard working and very friendly. There are lots of small touches that make the place feel very special. The food was good and especially the selection of offerings was very impressive.
- The hotel in general is very clean and everything appears new. The buffet is very versatile and offers almost everything that you can ask for and the food was tasty as well. The spa-area is great too.
Cons -
- Everything was very good - only small note is maybe use different shampoo, body wash, and hand soaps (they use one that combines all, which is efficient but feels less premium)
- The table was fixed for the entirety of our stay. It would have been great to be able to choose/switch the breakfast/dinner table based on personal preferences.
- Everything was perfect! if I only had to give a bad comment is the repetitiveness of breakfast but this is compensated during lunch and dinner time!

The food during dinner time and lunch was amazing, every day something different to choose from and everything was always delicious. The staff was helpful and attentive. The pool is great. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast and dinner were tasteful and more than sufficient. Very attentive and polite staff. Room and facilities were very clean. Will definitely come back
