- Our room and shower was a bit small. We booked this ourselves so we cannot blame the hotel. Next time we go for a larger room.
- Booked a 3 person room, 36 m2, room was definitely not 36m2 and when the first two night my daughter of 11 slept on the sofa, they charged me 240 euro extra. Made a big fuss out of it and felt very uncomfortable, kids below 12 are most of times for free but they make money out of everything, even they charged me 3 euro for a little toothpaste sample .

It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine. If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

Big spacious rooms and huge balconies with a nice view of the mountains.2 different spa areas - one for families and one for adults. Both amazing, good food, very calm location to relax.Delicious breakfast and dinner.

The hotel has a nice old time spa hotel feel to it, common areas are large and nicely furnished. The spa was very good with the pool and different saunas. Breakfast was excellent with lot's of choice. The serviced dinner was surprisingly good with the dishes nicely presented. The apres ski coffee and snacks is a nice touch. The ski buses to Serfaus and other locations stop right in front of the hotel with 20 min to Serfaus ski area.
The room could have been a bit bigger but was quite ok for one person. The bed was nice and large.
