Arnanes Country Hotel

The hotel room was immaculate. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And, breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was very nice. Some local breads and very good coffee available. Nice cakes too. Very friendly staff and keeping guests informed of road closures due to storms was very helpful.

The cabin like rooms were very well designed.

loved the location and staff. Very helpful! Room was warm and inviting. Will be back!

WE booked at the last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations! breakfast was great, the staff was good and the room was one of our favorites.

We booked at last minute, and it was a little bit pricier than I'd have liked.

Spacious clean room, huge bathroom. Good mountain views. The room was ground level and parking right in front of our door, making it easy to move the luggage.

No complaints

Woman (owner?) and Greek staffer great!?? They really worked hard to get us set up and we appreciate it. Newly renovated so few things missing that are on their way. Comfy beds! Great shower.

Noise between units(!) FYI Smoke alarm has a laser beam light- maybe put tape over it? Breakfast.

Liked the plentiful washcloths! Two bathrooms for 4 rooms worked out well.Quiet with a good breakfast.

Room on the bottom floor would have been preferable.

Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, great location. The dining room was not open for dinner during our stay, but the staff provided good recommendations in Höfn. Great staff!

Nice room, great breakfast, good location for our needs.

Cozy, clean & helpful staff

Absolutely nothing

Conveniently located on the Ring Road.Good breakfast.

Rather basic furniture, facilities.

Beautiful views, great breakfast and location.

Location was great. The furniture and room decor were wonderful.

There were bed bugs. I saw one adult bed bug on the curtain and some smaller ones on the bed.

It’s a beautiful property. The breakfast was really good with heaps of options.

It was quite noisy in the shared house. The floors creaked a lot so you heard everyone’s movement. The shower fixture was broken so had to use the nozzle by hand.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the view of the horses from the window.

Very clean and cozy. Full of characters. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

Walls are thin. I can hear neighbors

This is a beautiful location, very nice breakfast, quiet environment. Cozy room and lovely view.

The place was good and country side.

There were so many bugs in the room and was biting the whole night, couldn't sleep well. The bites started to be itchy for next 3 days and ruined our vacation, would not recommend this hotel

The location . Check-in and check out & breakfast

The room was full of flies that started biting us all night . Could not sleep at all. Many of these flies could be seen in the window sill during day times . Its bites are itchy and even on the third day itching continues . The vacation was ruined by the stay at this place .

Very attentive owner, country feeling. Each unit is separate with parking next to it

No gluten and soy free bread
