Clean, great location, reasonable price

Did not get the check in code but good to have a phone at the front desk and staff answered the phone Don?t know whose responsibility is to give us the check in code. That needs improvement

Loud Street, no fan. Needed to sleep with windows open for to warmth and street was very loud. Couch bed very hard and not enough pillows

All was good with this facility. We want to acknowledge the owner’s timely assistance when we experienced major internet disruption caused by our home-based provider. Basically we had no way to connect to WiFi. The owner was quick to help us book day-trip activities via his computer. Much appreciated!!!

Great clean place with super easy self check in. Extremely spacious rooms and bathrooms. Heating is excellent and kettle in the room is so convenient. Location is very quiet and easy to get to as well.

The first room we had was smelled really bad. We contacted the manager and we got to switch to different room with no smell but the floor could be better. We didn’t feel good about the Little Rock’s floor

Self check-in was weird. We had some trouble with the combination lock on the door, but we got it to work.

The staff was very communicative with detailed instructions and information.Also responded fast and made a refund on the same day when we reported the issue in the room.

There were bed bugs in the room.

Clean comfortable and quiet

Over-priced for what you actually get. However, it was clean, comfortable and quiet, and in a good location.

Except for the bed bugs, everything else was fine. But it really doesn’t matter anymore once you find bed bugs.

Bed bugs are not acceptable in 2025. Really unexpected and unpleasant. After finding them, I searched the reviews and found others complaining, so it was not an isolated incident. This place should be avoided until they solve the problem.

The shower water doesn’t drain well which makes bathroom wet.
