Clean bed comfortable

Air-conditioning didn’t work fan in bathroom didn’t work and bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke

Easy to find, plenty of free parking. Lovely room with a bath as well as a shower, and a little terrace outside with table & chairs ?

Actually, everything was good!A bottle of water in the room would have been nice ?

Very convenient location, English TV channels. Very clean room, balcony with doors which meant no road noise.

Small and slow lift

Check in was simple with no delay. The room was easily accessed. There were comfortable chairs in the room and TV with a good range of channels. There is a restaurant attached. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

We were given no information at check in regarding the restaurant or breakfast.The view from the window was of rough building materials and the motorway.There was no kettle in the room - would have liked to make coffee on arrival.The restaurant was very expensive for basic food.

The hotel represents excellent value for money..Our bedroom had a refrigerator which was very useful. There is plenty of free parking available at the front of the hotel.The owner/manager is a lovely man and very helpful.

Having a car when staying here is advisable. Footpaths are lacking and the hotel is situated just off the main road.A kettle in the room would have been good and also a welcome bottle of water. But honestly for the price paid for a room there could be no complaints.

The hotel and rooms are spotless, it is well located and even though it is just off the motorway it isn’t noisy. Staff are friendly and they have a cafe and restaurant which serves good food.

This hotel is a hidden germ: a must visit one! Do not hesitate. They've managed to create a unique atmosphere in a highway placed hotel, I've never expected anything live this!Rooms are clean and tidy, ours had a mini fridge. The staff was exceptionally friendly - the 1l beer they gave us at midnight +30° Celsius was a life saver!Parking is right next to the hotel + they also have backyard parking spots

The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were all really nice. On arrival the welcome and check in was easy. The room itself was basic but comfortable with plenty of storage space. We had a balcony which was nice and the bathroom was good with a decent shower. The room had a fridge and when we asked we were given a kettle, some mugs and glasses. They also gave us chocolate mini rolls each time they cleaned the room, and a complimentary bottle of wine which were all delivered to the room. The bed itself was quite comfortable and the only things we had to grumble about were the fact that the rooms aren’t sound proof at all so you could hear the goings on in some of the other rooms, and on one of the days there was a strong smell of smoke. The positioning of the hotel was fine in terms of walking distance to the beach and the local restaurants and supermarket. The only thing with this is that there is no pedestrian crossing to get over the road so we had to basically walk to the roundabout and cross here which got us beeped at a few times! Not sure why though as there really was no other way to get across. We didn’t eat at the restaurant bit but it didn’t look busy when we were here other than on Monday morning as we were leaving as there seemed to be quite a few work people stopping off so perhaps a bit like a roadside stopping place. A lot of people asked us what it was like in the hotel and I think perhaps it might not have been good in the past but we couldn’t really complain. The staff particularly were so nice that it makes a big difference to the stay.

As mentioned above the only things that we had to grumble about was that you could hear into other people’s rooms and it was difficult to cross the road as a pedestrian. We would have scored the stay higher though if there was breakfast included or on offer.

To be fair the shower was great & the bed was comfortable.

The room we had smelt like stale cigarette smoke & whilst there was a massive fridge in the room there was no water or tea making facilities & nowhere to get these on arrival.

Value for money and cheap and cheerful. But most importantly, clean.

Too far from where I needed to be on this occasion.

The room was very clean, the view amazing, the restaurants near by are incredible. Value for money is excellent.

The hotel is in a very convenient for visiting Pilar de Horadada and surrounding areas.A hotel with good parking, the check-in was painless,

The room just looked a bit tired and needed a little renovation. However, for one night stay, it was not an issue at all.

Great place to stay if you're not wirried about the location. We just wanted to be near our family who have a house nearby.The hotel is very clean, and has plenty of hot water. It's a good base.The staff are lovely.
