    Pros +

    • All staff are friendly and helpful, Hotel are clean, accessible any route, total we enjoyed our stay and definitely go back
    • Everything it was really really great. Most important the food was out of this world.
    • The hotel is lovely, comfortable and clean and the food and drink is abundant. The water park was great fun for the whole family.. There is a gate connecting the park and hotel so you can easily go get a drink and be back in line for the next ride in no time.

    Cons -

    • Everything is perfect
    • Ok maybe it’s not the newest in some areas but over all the place was just perfect. The rooms were beautiful and newly renovated
    • The food was fine but definitely not exceptional and mostly caters to the British palate, not exactly what I expected from a Greek hotel.

The only highlight was the waterpark, which the kids enjoyed. However, this alone does not justify the high price and poor overall experience.

Disappointing Stay at Aqualand Hotel – Not Worth the PriceI stayed at Aqualand Hotel in Greece and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, especially for the €450 per night I paid.Cleanliness & Housekeeping:The cleanliness standards were very poor. Towels provided were heavily used and stained, and even after repeated requests for clean replacements, I was told these were already “clean.” The room lacked basic hygiene essentials such as tissue boxes. When I asked, the receptionist told me to either buy them from the supermarket or use the toilet paper placed on the toilet seat. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.Service & Reception:The service was disorganized. I informed the hotel in advance of my early arrival, yet I was made to wait for over 3 hours to get a room, despite having two young children with me. We were simply sent to the pool area without any clear plan. Reception staff seemed confused and unhelpful throughout the stay.Entertainment & Amenities:There was no clear schedule for the entertainment program—no one could provide details, which made it impossible to plan our days. Additionally, no complimentary drinking water was provided in the room, which is a basic expectation. The food at the restaurant was disappointing and of poor quality.Environment:The hotel grounds were overrun with mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable, especially for families with children.

the waterpark is great the food is ok there are shuttles to the beach and old town

that the waterpark restaurants aren't included and in the waterpark and its one line for all of the slides so there's always a long line it should be seperated for each slide

We loved swimming pools and aqua park. Perfect for family with kids. Great food.

Working hours, it would be better if they where longer because we traveled with children of 9 and 12 years, and there wasn't much besides swimming pools for them (for smaller children there is much more to do)But we would recommend this hotel anyway ☺️

    Aquamarine, rooms, clean, stuff, food.

Location is far from center and need transportation together there.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, the staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Great resort for families. The main highlight - the huge aqua park with free entrance for hotel guests. Convenient to get to various parts of Corfu.

Perfect!, great room, great wave pool, great resort. The water park is a very good to all ages from little kids to adults, on the second day it was rainy and the park was closed, the next day i had to checkout, and the let me keep my bags in luggage room and still enjoy the park and food.(i had a delay with flight).

I think that i would be happier with more fresh salads.

    7DianaPosted on: 10-3-2024

the only thing i liked is that they have entrance to the water park and the wave pool.

small selection of food, there is no activity for children in the evening, evening performances for children do not interest children at all. it is very uncomfortable on the sky terrace and in the main hall, it seems that you are sitting in a hospital reception, not a hotel environment at all. very poor communication with the city or around, half of the vacation money is spent on buses or taxis. the rooms need a lot of renovation. the choice of food for the children is very small. the only thing they eat is pizza, but the man who baked the pizzas did not allow the child to take pizzas more than twice, completely absurd, maybe then it would be worth increasing the menu for children

Great selection of food. Staff are very welcoming.receptionists are always there to help. Place is well maintained and clean

Drinks at the bar not so good. And we missed a lot of gamed and attractions compared to last year

It is a very good option if you are with kids. Tons of slides, very good food options, very friendly staff! I recommend this hotel with great confidence!

I have nothing to say wrong.

We stayed for two nights at Aqualand Resort and loved every minute!Reception was always helpful with a smile. We had a maisonette with the capability of sleeping 5 persons and what appeared to be an interconnecting door for larger family groups. Our balcony looked over the wave pool and into the slides, which was a fab view.Checkin was at 3 pm, but our room was ready by 12 noon and we were able to get started on the flumes and wave pool and eat lunch in the restaurant. The restaurant has a fabulous variety of dinners, puddings and drinks for the AI package, and with two fussy eaters, they certainly didn’t starve!! For me it was a joy not to cook and enjoy all that was on offer. If you didn’t wish to leave the poolside for lunches there is a snack bar which serves chips, cheese/ham toasties, hotdogs, some pastries and icecream. We used this twice and were really impressed. The only downside was that the seating area for eating was not kept as tidy as it should, with tables needed cleaning and chips on the floor. But we managed - and put our rubbish in the bins provided! There is also a bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks throughout alongside. The hotel area has access to a pool and the wave pool, with a locked gate separated from the flumes. This gate opens 11 - 5 pm daily, so if you want to access the park from when it opens at 1030 until close at 6, you have to walk round from reception to the main entrance. We loved all the pools and flumes and had a great time!People do go out and place towels on sunbeds; however we found there was more than enough space in the main park to find shaded areas and sunbeds galore, if you didn’t base yourself round the pool and wave pool. We would sit on sunbeds until the sun dimmed, but beware the mozzys once the dark sets in!We managed to get a late check out, which costs €60, and well worth it for late night flying, for packing and last minute showers.

A little thought to keeping up the cleaning at the pool area chairs/tables eating area during snack times would be helpful.

Lots to do for everyone had a laugh

maybe having to pay for frozen drinks when it was really really hot and someone twice trying our apt door handle

    7TimothyPosted on: 8-21-2024

    The water park

Drinks were terrible, food was all the same all week. People staying in the resort should have been allowed in the water park, an hour before the public. Qs were quite bad in the water park.

    10ElvisPosted on: 8-19-2024

Lots of activity, good location, peace and quiet. Good internet connection. Professional staff and very helpful

    7TonyPosted on: 8-1-2024

Water Park. Food was very good in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Much improved compared to last year.

The soft drinks and alcohol are not standard brands and are pretty disgusting. Alot of people buy their own from the shop and bring to the evening entertainment, but it's bearable for around the pool. My kids normally like Cole but wouldn't touch it so they stuck with water. Not having all inclusive in the water park is annoying. Entertainment is not great in the evening.

The aquapark beside the hotel is great.

The personel was the worst I have ever met in Greece. They made us feel unwelcom in every step.

Wonderful hotel for a stay with children. Small variety of food, but everyone can find something for themselves. clean rooms, daily cleaning.
