The beach, the location, the pool, the view, the pool bar, the shuttle, the Finocular, the free upgrade and the personalized welcome postcard and the fact that our two rooms were placed beside each other ( with ocean view) was the cherry on top of the cake, the different programs every night and falling asleep every night with the sound of waves crushing on the shore... the chilled vibes....the free coffee in the room.... it was all a very relaxing and healing stay.

1. The rusted faucets, shower heads and bathtub. The walls can use some major cleaning. The bathroom can use some total renovation to match the other things that looked and felt nice. 2. The mosquitos. We left with so much mosquito bites. Normally there are measures to avoid this or guests reminders so that they can prepare and bring insect repellants or stickers.

It’s a completely lie regards the ratings! The hotel decor is outdated! Uncomfortable beds, bathrooms is very outdated and smelly, hardly any taps work no pressure on them,Every way you walk it’s smell of sewage! The reception staff was rude! When we arrived at 2.30pm we ask if we can check in as our flight was very early morning,the room was ready but they were adamant not to give us the room half an hour early, but soon as we mentioned we will leave a review, they gave us the room.we booked for half board, breakfast was okay! But the food wasn’t good, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their money

The beach was clean, soft sandy beach, pool area excellent, staff very friendly and polite, food -lots to choose from. 5 ladies had a wonderful time.

The rooms were very tired, holes in curtains, need face lift, rooms let's the beautiful beach down. Hallways not clean, very outdated. Insisted we were given another room. Paid extra for suite. This was also outdated Staff informed us that it was closing until summer 2026 for updating.

Amazing place, rooms clean and spacious, beds comfortable and plenty of bars, food really good with lots of choice and different everyday. Had a nice upgrade when we arrived and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Parking spaces very handy too as we had a car for the week. The beach just down from the rooms is so handy and a nice touch especially when someone was coming round getting drinks for us.

Rooms are comfortable, yet need to be renovated, especially bathroom (curtain in the bathroom not the most pleasant feeling). Beverages and alcohol for all inclusive is not good. For fresh orange juice extra payment

Cleanliness, beach access, halfboard package, shuttle service, towel service, lunch menu. Check in.

Not ideally situated for travel. Bathroom door was not able to be closed, safe in the room was broken. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, right on the beach, with beautiful sunsets. The reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional.

With the exception of Antonio and George, who were both very friendly and professional, the rest of the bar staff in the pool bar and beach bar were neither friendly or professional. They always seemed to be in a hurry to serve you quickly. The customer service was very poor, and in some instances abrupt and rude. The quality of the all inclusive alcohol drinks was also very poor.

The staff was unfriendly and sometimes really mean. The room was full of cockroaches and they didn’t agree to let us change rooms. They came to take the cockroaches after arguing with me whether it is a cockroach or not ?The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the facility is outdated. The value for money is low.

Beach location was fantastic! The pool area is lovely with plenty of chairs. At the beach, - there was not enough chairs - we had to get our own from a pile and most were broken. Dinner was terrible - quality and choice were poor. Food looked days old and recycled from day to day. The breakfast was adequate but awful juice.

The drinks and food. We paid for the all inclusive package and we were horrified with the wine and 'cocktails' that were included. We tried a few cocktails and they were all terrible - served warm, flat softdrinks, minimal ice, paper or plastic cups. We decided to only have breakfast at the resort and ate out for lunch and dinner and ended up paying $42 euro for bottled wine at the bar. Not my idea of an all inclusive resort.

Amazing food (such a good selection of fresh fish and meat each day), very friendly and chatty staff, lovely pool area, amazing views across the sandy beach, excellent daytime and evening entertainment, daily shuttle bus up to Pelekas, comfortable bed, very large room.

The rooms weren't 5 star. When we arrived, someone else's hair was stuck to the wall above the bath and the bathroom needed renovating. WiFi often didn't work in the room. Cleaners woke us up daily, talking and banging around in the corridor.
