Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Hotel was not well maintained and looks tired. Additionally the room was in poor condition.

This is a super hotel with great facilities and is in a superb location. It’s perfect for families and anyone else to be honest

our room was in the stairwell and was very noisyWe went towards the end of October and they had turned off the airconditioning. When we complained, they told us to open the balcony door but it wasn’t really safe to do that as it was accessible from other balconies.

Room size

Do not get a room under the buffet. The sounds of chairs moving is heard through the ceiling all day long. This hotel also has a cruise ship vibe and doesnt feel luxurious.

The iron board was broken. Didn’t have hot water the last day, don’t know why, but everything was great

+Friendly and welcoming staff+Breakfast was generally good, with a large buffet and many options. However, the fruit was never fresh and extras were very limited — only omelettes and some coffee options, which was consistently slow to arrive. No à la carte options like eggs benedict or similar.+Great location, especially for beach access and views+Free sunbeds available directly on the beach in front of the hotel — very convenient

-Slow and seemingly untrained staff; many appeared to be inexperienced or still in training-Room not as pictured; bathroom was old, rusty, and lacked the depicted walk-in shower-Sunbeds often taken by absent guests; no enforcement of reservation rules by staff-Kids feeding stray cats inside the buffet area in front of staff, who took no action-Constant noise from children throughout the hotel; no intervention by staff or parents-Bathroom ventilation ineffective; no noticeable airflow-Gym significantly smaller than pictured, and no outdoor area as advertised — misleading presentation-Grill canteen schedule unreliable: listed hours were Friday and Saturday 15:00–18:00, but on Saturday it was closed without notice. Staff told us it would open Sunday instead, but it was closed again — no communication at all-Warm water outages occurred 3 out of 5 nights for 15–30 minutes in the evening-Request for a softer pillow took 50 minutes to fulfill — possibly due to understaffed housekeeping-Staff often promised help or support but were slow to follow through or unable to assist-Bathroom mirror light was not working throughout the stay-Dress codes at restaurants were not enforced at all; many guests wore flip-flops or casual clothes despite stated policies-Quiet zones and adult-only areas (like the beach section or breakfast room) were not respected or monitored-Very poor soundproofing in the rooms; we could clearly hear hallway conversations and noise from adjacent roomsSummary:The hotel presents itself as a place that offers a premium experience, with attentive service and 24/7 support. While the intention may be there, the execution simply doesn’t live up to that promise. Staff were generally friendly but service was slow and inconsistent, rules were not enforced, and many of the facilities didn’t match their descriptions or advertised quality. It was difficult to truly relax during our stay.

We recently stayed as a family of three (including our young child) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Beyond the beautiful location and crystal-clear waters, the food was truly outstanding.The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible — both in variety and quantity. Every meal felt like a feast, with something delicious for everyone.The à la carte restaurants were equally impressive. We were initially skeptical about the Yaosai restaurant with Asian cuisine, but it greatly exceeded our expectations — a delightful surprise! Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented.Two special highlights of our stay were the traditional Greek night, which was full of energy and fun, featuring authentic smoked and grilled meats in a festive atmosphere — a real cultural treat! And on Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed a fantastic Greek taverna experience right by the beach. The setting was idyllic, and the food and music made it a truly unforgettable afternoon.Kudos to the chefs and staff for their outstanding work. The service was warm, attentive, and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.We definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly visit again!

The hotel has a great location with stunning sea views. Staff were welcoming and helped with our luggage on arrival. A quick orientation session gave us all the info about facilities, restaurants, and services. One odd policy: a €250 deposit is required if you want to charge extras to your room.The garden offers both shaded and sunny spots, and while the pool is nice, it was a bit crowded and deep for smaller kids. The beach is beautiful—golden sand and clear water—but loungers are set back since it’s a public beach. Towel service starts at 10 a.m., which may be late for early sun-seekers.Food was excellent, especially breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant. Just be aware drinks aren’t included—even water costs extra at dinner—though champagne was free at breakfast, amusingly!There’s a fun playroom with PS5 and Xbox for kids. Reaching the hotel by car can be tricky—the roads are narrow, steep, and finding parking in nearby towns can be a challenge.

Everything was exceptional, starting from cleanliness and staff to food and facilities. It was a real retreat for us. Highly recommend going to spa when you stay.

We had an amazing stay at the domes of Corfu. Very nice resort with great rooms and a nice pool. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice.

Prices of restaurants and drinks were rather expensive. 5-10 euros per drink.

Everything. What a fantastic place to stay! Certainly setup for the people who stay-vacation within the hotel (not us adventurers). Everyone dealt with was fantastic! Staff are very pleasant and very helpful.The buffet breakfast and dinner is the best we have ever had anywhere before.We couldn’t fault anything with our stay, especially as was a 1 hour before arrive booking! We walked out on our previous booking for reasons and so glad I toke the drive the Domes of Corfu!!

The stay was good overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At reception, restaurants and the beach they were very kind and attentive to our needs and wishes. The room was clean, and the location was convenient. Facilities were great and food was definitely above average. Overall, a comfortable stay, however the price match could be debatable. I especially appreciated that the property is pet-friendly — it made our stay even more enjoyable.

During our stay, there was no acclimatisation at the whole hotel complex. The room temperatures reached 23-25 degrees Celsius, and it was uncomfortable to sleep. Staff was very helpful in trying to find a more colder room. However, it turned out to be even hotter due to winter heating ON (late April). Furthermore, the bathroom could have been a bit more modern or better maintained.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warmth added so much to the overall experience and made us feel right at home.The location is unbeatable – right on the beach with the most breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. Every evening, we were treated to magical sunsets that we could watch right from our balcony or while enjoying a cocktail at the bar. It was pure bliss.The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for anyone looking to unwind. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, it’s impossible not to feel at peace here.And the food – wow! Every meal was a delight. From fresh seafood to local specialties, everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. You can really tell that quality and care go into each dish. Greek cuisine at its best!If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and be treated like family, this hotel in Corfu is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Disappointing

The hotel as I was told had over 100 babies during my stay/ it was absolutely not possible to relax and sleep since the babies were screaming during the night.

Really beautiful decor, rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Easy car ride away from the old town and airport. Right on the beach unspoiled views of mountains and the sea. We had half board and the food was delicious! So many options and variety, suitable for all.The spa massage and scrub was very relaxing. Had the option of beach or pool. Drinks at the bars were delicious. Staff were knowledgeable, welcoming, kind and helpful.
