Good breakfast and nice room. Very clean. Personal is friendly and helpful. Really nice place! Recommend to all who would like to get quiet rest with good SPA, beautiful nature and good cuisine.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, especially because of the excellent Thalasso facilities and its proximity to the beach. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The room was on the smaller side, and I found the car parking to be quite tight and expensive. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, with bread quality not up to the standard I expected.

The welcome was great, the staff were really pleasant. We got a lovely room with a sea and mountain view. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a nice bottle of cava in the room. They were very thoughtful. Breakfast was good and the Thalassotherapy spa was very relaxing. We used the spa every day. The location was great as it had a beach, walks, several restaurants and some nice bars in the immediate location. Plus it was a 20 minute drive into the centre of San Sebastian from there.

Very clean, comfortable. The staff were very friendly and I loved that they used WhatsApp and made it really easy for me to access information+ help.

Not a single thing!

The spa was wonderful with lots of pools with massage jets as well as a sauna and steam room. Perfect fir us having walked there from San Sebastián. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, rooms were comfortable and very light with pleasant balconies. Super breakfast with good coffee and plenty of choice.

We didn’t find any negatives.

Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very nice. Especially Eva on reception who was very helpful. Bar staff friendly.

The hotel itself was fine but a bit expensive for what it was. The food in restaurant was very expensive. Breakfast ok but maybe we went at a bad time. We had breakfast at 9.30 and there wasn’t much choice.

Good location and equipment. Great staff with a special thanks to Sarah who was very helpful in giving guidance in the context of my late arrival. More instrumentally , she actively monitored the reception of my delayed luggage. This was great service!

Hotel staff was super welcoming, restaurant and bar were good quality food. Room comfort was nice and was cleaned every day in a very decent way. Thanks a lot for making our stay pleasant.

Everyone that worked on the property was exceptional. The woman at the front desk spoke about 7 different languages and was so pleasant to deal with. The best part is the included time you have with your reservation at the Thalasso spa which was the highlight of this hotel. Breakfast was great and offered every morning. The outside bar was also enjoyable and the employees working there were very friendly. The hotel is steps away from the beach which is a major plus. The town center is about a 15 minute walk but not uncomfortable. We even took the train to the next town over without a problem.

The room itself although one of the more upscale, was a bit run down. Walls looked like they haven’t been repainted since the hotel opened and the crown molding was damaged and chipped away. The bed was fixed but nothing was dusted or wiped down and the coffee machine in the room was unusable.

We had a couple of issues which were sorted straight away so they aren't mentioned below. There had been a room mix up so we ended up with an upgrade which was nice. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was modern and clean. The bar and terrace were very nice.

The check in time was 4pm which is too late in my opinion. The room was shabby in areas and the furniture looked a bit cheap. The finish in the rooms was untidy in areas e.g. the sealant around the bath and considering we'd had an upgrade, quite small.

Excellent customer service from the manager and others, explained everything to us regarding amenities and things going on at the hotel all with a smile. Beautiful location. Would definitely stay there again.
