Hôtel de Ville d'Ollon

Located in a gorgeous Swiss village, Hôtel de Ville is in a beautiful historical building. Friendly staff. Room is large and has the most comfy bed. Excellent location right off road with free parking. Go to the wine coop right around corner for a glass of local wine.

Spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was excellent, made to order & fresh. Carparking across the road which was extremely convenient. Small boutique style hotel beautifully decorated. Personal service from Audrey & her husband was much appreciated. Would definitely stay her again. Views were stunning!!!!!!

Easy access to train and bus station. Lovely looking building. Comfy bed.

Breakfast selection poor and not that clear you can order eggs as sign was small and hidden. Very quiet due to time of year. No tea or coffee facilities in room but that seems normal in Swiss hotels.

It was very cold in the room during the night. The property manager is not from hospitality business. Absolutely unwelcome experience.

Close to the train station and a very nice building, the breakfast could have had some more options like cheese and ham etc..

The scenery, atmosphere, staff, beds!! Everything was so beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful building, wonderful reception, every person we saw was super friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was THE most comfortable bed ever. We had a nice meal at the restaurant. Everything was perfect

Staff was very friendly and easily switched between French and English for my guests.

The room was clean and everything as described but I kept bumping my head on an old chimney for a removed fireplace. They put a desk in underneath the, and you have to be careful.

The nice staff and walking distance from train station. Convenient restaurant and breakfast.

The ski season price is a little bit high but reasonable.

Situation was ideal for visiting friends in Ollon. Room was spacious / hotel is in pretty historic building / near public parking / tv channels covered different languages including English / Would love to dine in the restaurant next time!

The location was just off the main road and convenient for the business I was visiting in Monthey. The scenery and mountain views were amazing and Ollon itself obviously has some history with its quaint narrow streets.

This was a very good hotel - simple room and a very good breakfast on the morning. Host was very welcoming and made for a very pleasant stay.

The bathroom was very small and a little awkward.

Beautiful hotel with lots of charm.We couldn't try the restaurant because it wasn't open on the night we stayed, but we'd love to be back and try the "Café". There's outside seating and a small park (with a hedge) just in front of the hotel with a small playground. Our son loved the slide and other games, while watching the cars pass by (safely from behind said hedge :)).

The only thing that can take some getting used it is the nearby church clock chiming every 15 minutes. But with closed windows you can't hear those :)

Location was great, near where we needed to be and near transport links. Lots of character. Room comfortable. Nice cafe / bar next door.

No Wi-Fi available in room. No tea making facilities in room. Simple breakfast, perfect for us but no choice if you wanted something more substantial. Check in was very brief, literally handed over a key- no further information about facilities or breakfast timings. No information on room about this either- could do with a welcome pack in the room to give this info.

Audrey and Gregory Halgand do an exceptional job as hoteliers and gastronomically. They are charming people and wonderful hosts in all respect. I recommend the hotel and the wonderful cuisine to anyone who is travelling to Vaud
