The food was awful and not worth the money at all -Especially dinner!!! Do not recommend booking HB.

No internet in rooms,no internet if you not so close to the reception,small selection of the food,beach is beautiful and condition on the bech is ok,but normally,no constantly but very often,no internet.

My daughter came to visit with her children,they immediately run over to charge for tht sun loungers,owerwise you have to go and order drinks yourself because they dont take care of the guests on the beach.

The resort is beautiful and in a good place right next to the sea.

The room that we paid 220 euro for each night was terrible and wouldn't give even 50 euro to stay there, bad water pressure, 0 hot water, no air conditioning working, pillows that were hard as rocks, I asked for a refund for the second night and at first the calmed us down with promises while afterwards never responded always postponed talking to us and never picked up the phone to talk about our refund. We go every year, three rooms this summer at the same time and we aren't coming back again if we are meaningless for them..

Average hotel, but very friendly, no pressure. Beautiful beach and sea with free of use sunbeds and big umbrellas just few steps from the room. 11km from location is the Trani Amouda beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sithonia, but pretty similar to the hotels beach, so you can choose to park your car and stay all time at resorts beach and comfort. Dinner is good, every time you will find something for you, breakfast is prity similar but correct.

It was windy all days from 19 to 26 August, I don't know is that something usual or not? Not a big problem but pease, add glasses to rooms and water for dinner.

The only best thing about the hotel is the beach and nothing else!

I did not get the room for which I paid when arrived, and non compensation for that. That room had broken AirCo. With outside temperature near 37 it was hell for sleeping. Later we needed to transfer to the correct room. So far in this hotel we were in 3 different rooms in last 2 years , and the worst thing about the rooms is very … i mean very very old furniture, i can bet that the furniture is for more than 30 years old. Bathrooms are very old and rusted with almost nonfunctional elements inside. For the price of one stay for 7 days - the hotel can fully renovate the room.

The staff was great , the food , the facilities was also excellent.

The biggest negative was that the internet was very poor, sometimes there was not at all wifi.Another suggestion ...there was not available drink for the dinner, not even water.

Old facilities, some areas need improvement. The breakfast and the dinner was not good. Very few choices and bad quality.

The hotel location is very nice and quiet. The private beach with free umbrella and sunbeds is nicely done and very close to the hotel rooms.The staff is helpful and friendly. Initially we intended to go 4 persons but due to sickness we arrived only 2 persons and as a compensation they offered free lunch for us on the entire stay.The rooms are cleaned everyday and every second day the bedsheets are changed.The view from the junior suite is amazing, directly to the sea, which is very calming.

The breakfast can be more diversified and the coffee machine should be upgraded.The Wi-fi connection is poor, especially in the hotel room.The music playlist at the beach bar can be refreshed as well :)

Need Improvement of Wifi

Beautiful beach, brilliant location, pleasant staff and delicious food.

Absence of beverages during the dinners.

The staff was super kind and friendly. The beach was amazing, all the beach chairs were part of the stay. Food was good and plenty. The area doesn't have much if you are looking for excitement, this is more of a relaxation and peace kind of resort. If you are looking for entertainment and shops they are a 5 minute drive away. If you are traveling with kids there are lots of little slides and swings for the kids to play on. Love that it had parking on site.

Our room that we booked was not available the day we arrived, and they placed us in a 2 person room and added a cot for my 15 year old son. This was not appropriate at all as we couldn't access anything- the cot was blocking the only walk path around the bed to the bathroom and exit. The first night and day was ruined with hopping over each other in bed and constantly having to go and check if our book room was available the next morning. We were initially told that the room we booked would be available at 7:00 a.m. the next day then they told us to come back at 9:00 a.m. then they told us to come back at 11:00 a.m. then they told us to come back at 1:00 p.m. and then we were finally giving her a room at 3:00 p.m. this ruined our whole morning at the beach as we were constantly having to go back the check if our room was ready so that we can move our things. We had booked a pretty short stay of only 4 days so losing one day was a big deal for us. The Hotel images on booking are not representative of the state the hotel is currently in.

Everything is getting old and is not well maintained. The rooms are small but ok. The bathroom is tiny the shower is even tinier and has a too short curtain, so after taking a shower everything is under water.Poolbar offered overpriced drinks and food.

The only positive point was the location.

The food was not so varied, the bed creaked, a part from the bed was broken, the towels were not replaced and it wasn't very clean, hair in the drawers, after the "cleaning" the bathroom stank.The water was yellow from the iron, you couldn't even brush your teeth, because it was disgusting.The WLAN in the room didn't work, the safe in the room didn't work, tooo expensive for this service and food

Breakfast and dinner were great. The beach was great.

Hygiene in the toilets was not so good and cleaning was not done thoroughly.

The hotel staff does not honor booking.com reservations. Reservations made 10 days ago and advance payment, you get a room for refugees... the three-room room you paid for is replaced by a double room with an extra bed that is broken and covered... there is no sea view... the room is full of moisture and dirty... the receptionist MARIJA looks you in the eyes and cruelly lies... as if she had come out of the sanatorium... the option they can offer you is to sleep one night and get a solution the next day!!!! I am was with his 84-year-old parents, it's not important for them... a relationship without humanity... we want nothing more... except booking.com predisposition of our order

Beach is very good.

Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Rooms are unclean. 4 nights and towels are not changed. Restaurant is uncleaned, and staffs are rude. Bathroom smells bed, and it is open to society ? People from outside can see inside the bath when you are taking bath. Climate is old and broken. Wi-Fi is very bad. If mobile phone scope area is not bad, it is not problem for me but... We came late to hotel, go early to other beachs. Hotel beach is good but as we experienced, almost all beaches are very good around Chalkidiki ?As I understand, before facility operation is good, but now it is very very bed...
