We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay!I had an unbeliavable live momentum in my life!We had the most beautiful accommodation - the groundfloor apartment (No. 303) in the Royalty Suites Seaside Luxury Complex!This Suite situated at the forefront Westcoast side of the Medetterian Sea Site allowed us to experince the most calming Sunset of the Sun in late fall 2025, October 25th!The wide garden in stone and wooden design, as well seeded with white flowers, trees and green grasses gave us moments to share.The Suite is extraordinarily luxury equppied. The beddings and linen were cosy, comfort and silky as you are on the clouds! The bathroom is faced at the Eastside, so the Sunrise side is welcoming you in the mornings! The kitchen was full in practical meaning, the wardrobes efficient spaced...While I would also have not the right words to describe every detail further... the rest experience it by yourselves +

Amazing place, the room is spacious, stylish and clean. The property is next to the beach, which is great. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here.

No cell phone amd WLAN signal in the room, very old and damanged arm chairs on terrase, very small bathroom, far away feom the promenade

Breakfast comes in boxes, basic, we knew from the start and we use the kitchen for this, is fully equipped.

The apartment was very clean, cozy and very close to the beach ☺️ The staff was very friendly and helpful ☺️

Everything especially a few steps to the beach.

Although it is seen on the picture, there were no umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. everyone had to take the sunbeds in front of the hotel and carry them to the beach. They also gave us an umbrella to use during our stay.

The location is in a quiet area, only a short walk for the taverns. Free parking . The room was clean , beautiful with new furnitures. The bathroom was also new. The receptionist was helpful and super friendly.

A simple breakfast is served at the rooms with a box but nothing for drink. Teabags / coffee capsules can be provided with the breakfast so we can have our drink at the room since there is coffee machine and kettle.

Description on booking was great, but unfortunately it was completely missleading.Room is well equiped and clean.

The descrption on booking is not accurate, pictures are missleading. For example "open to the patio and garden" doesn't mean that you have direct access to it, it means that you can see it from the terrace. Garden is a narrow strip of muddy grass, not wide as in pictures and not suitable for children to play. The children playground is one broken plastic house with plastic slide. Do not book accomodation with bedroom on upper level if you are not ready to climb narrow spiral staircase, also not suitable for children or older people at all. Mentioned patio and garden are accesable from ground level appartments (without separated bedroom). Garden is covered in mud, because of sprinklers that are not adjusted properly. Hot water was not availble after 7pm and it took the staff 3 days of complaints from our friends and us to turn the water heating on, as secondary heating option.

Very nice location, friendly staff, daily cleaning of the rooms.

It is cleaned daily, there is also a small beach in front of the property, and the accommodation is a few minutes' walk from the center of Nikiti.

Cozy and modern furnished apartment. Just a few meters from the sea and about a 3-minute walk from the promenade, where almost all the restaurants are located. Communication with the host was excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The price-quality ratio is worth it. I recommend.

Very nice studios in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nikiti center is a few blocks away, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, etc.

For a longer stay the small fridge it's not sufficient. There wasn't an oven, which in my point of view is a big disadvantage.

The room and its amenities were very good, very convenient and nice and clean.

There was a big Romanian group, several rooms together, and they were loud till 1 am at night, which for a place for family vacation was not convenient for us. One of the nights I had to go and ask them after 12 am to be quieter, which they did. Still this is due to the guests, but also no one from the property told them to respect the night hours. Also one morning a room above us was being cleaned very loudly at 8am which woke us up.

On the beach and close to the city, still calm.Host are friendly and nice, beds extremely comfy.We will come back for sure!
