Villa Askamnia and Suites

Great location, about 6km to Nikiti and on a foot distance to Metamorfosi. We got upgrade from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment with private pool which was great. Breakfast is delicious and a beach is couple of minutes away surounded with pine trees and not crowde. Property is large with a lot of olive trees, all in all it was very relaxing atmosfere. Thomas was a great host. Highly recomended.

Some furnishings are a bit outdated and need some renovation.

Cozy and private location in between 2 bigger settlements, 100 m walk to a basically private beach. The hosts let you take a parasol and provide sunbeds at the beach, which are only for the use of their guests for free. Decent breakfast with a lot of variety.

Some facilities are a bit outdated, could use a renovation here and there, 4 stars may be a bit of a reach, but that's Greece for you.

We booked a double apartment with private pool. Everything is beyond expectation. Hosted by a family that goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Pools are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is descent with domestic stuff such as olives grown in the garden. Location is good to browse beaches on lovely Sithonia. Metamorphosis is walking distance with few good taverns, I recommend Liana, fantastic. The place is calm and great for sleeping. We are going to Sithonia for 20 years and this is by far the best accomodation we had.

The apartment was big with a high terrace. A perfect fit for a familly with two children.

Everything was great

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were always available for any request and ready to offer their help. There were many amenities in the hotel and the rooms were very spacious.

You can see the hotel has been operating for many years, some of the furniture and the outdoor spaces are a little outdated and not in new conditions.

Everything was just perfect. Lovely and very helpful stuff but also tactful so you won't feel overwhelmed. Rooms and surroundings were nice and clean.Whole stay was just perfect.If you want to feel very welcome and relaxed you find the right pleace- Anna and Paweł

The owners of Villa Askamnya are very nice and involved. They have a garden full of olive trees, figs and leanders. I think the swimming pools will be a great attraction, they were still working on some places, but everything was functional. The breakfast was generous, with many fresh fruits from the own garden. The beach is close.

Nice location with lots of grounds. Family-run with just 10 apartments. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were varied and plenty to eat. Nice pool and there was even a good gym if you wanted. Everything was clean and we were well looked after. Also a beach with private sun beds was a matter of metres from the apartments. The local village was small but restaurants were very good and little supermarkets were friendly and has most things.

We had a comfortable and well maintained apartment but not mega luxurious. Sort of traditional Greek in style.

Family owned business and same family works at the villa where you can feel/see that the put passion and love in all what they do.In addition, the family is very sociable, had nice talks with them and they recommend a lot of places to visit.Location: quite good location, ~100m far from a nice beach, very close to some restaurants and ~10min far from Nikiti (with car).Room: quite good room in which we stayed, comfortable bed, big bathroom and kitchenette.Garden: beautiful garden with a lot of olive trees and an awesome delicious fig tree - the owners allowed us to eat how many figs we want :-).Swimming pool: we did not use it, but the swimming pool is clean and it’s surrounding as well.Breakfast: quite good breakfast.

Breakfast time: start time at 09:00am, would be perfect if breakfast can be earlier e.g. at 07:00am which is a plus for matutinal people (like myself :-)).

The variety and freshness of breakfast, the peace and quiet, excellent location, complete facilities- own, safe parking, pool, bar, garden, private beach.

The apartment for 4 was a bit small, Wi Fi could be better.

Great location with a great beach nearby including sunbeds provided by the hotel. It's a great place to spend time with family and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

It is a family business, so the members of the family were everywhere and they were very warm and friendly. The garden is very beautiful and offers an alternative to beach and pool! Also, a big plus is the fact they have their own sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

Not a problem that the hotel is at around 100m to the beach, but being near the main road makes the traffic noise disturbing during the night if windows are opened. Anyway, that is not an issue; there is the option to close the window and turn on the air conditioner.

The outdoor space is really nice with the swimming pool and it has all kind of toys for kids. There is also a nice playground and if we need something, we could go to the bar. It is a family-run business and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We had the impression that the rooms would have view to the sea as advertised but they don't really have.

Relaxing, peaceful, only 12 apartments, family run, all very helpful, hospitable & friendly . Just what we were hoping for.

Kitchen facilities inadequate for preparing our own meals.

Owners, Jennifer and Yoanis were very helpful in providing us with the information, always at our disposal. Breakfast was with a lot different food, good quality and tasteful.

We loved the whole place, the hotel is small and cozy as we like it, the hosts are charming and hospitable, the hotel with gardens and seating areas, is located close to the beach, a minute's walk and you reach a quiet and lovely private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.
