- The hotel is close to several amazing beaches (15 minute walk to Livrohio or Latoura Beach and about 25 to Lagonisi Beach) and great places to eat. Hosts are friendly and helpful, we were able to book a boat trip from the reception.
Cons -
- The ac and minibar in the room were very loud. It was hard to sleep with the minibar without unplugging. The shower area was very tiny, and covered with a curtain which was sticking to your skin while showering.
- While the stay is not luxurious or fancy, it is very fair for the price. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. The water pressure was a bit weak :) but no other issues.
- The AC didnt work on the room we had, but worked for the others. Bad luck maybe.

The location is top center and very convenient. The host accept us even we came later and he was ok with everything we ask. Easy to park the car near. Big terrace.
You can hear everything from the neighbours, the area is busy, so the place is noisy. You have to wait for a while for hot water:)

Would never come again. Guy is a bully who tries to steal people's money.
Guy tried to take money twice even though we showed him the booking.com receipts. Girlfriend was even crying trying to explain to him and show him the receipts but he didn't care so we ended up leaving as we had already paid regardless of his shouting.
