Meliton Inn Hotel & Suites by the beach

We were able to get into our room before noon. That was very nice. Room was cleaned every day of you turned the sign on. Breakfast was excellent and different every day.Beach chairs were included. Parking in the back.

Owners kept a watch on you while you ate breakfast. My toddler does not eat breakfast and we were told that we could not take food for her. I did see people talking food back to their rooms BUT I think they were owner's friends.

An excellent hotel if you want peace and relaxation. Friendly hotel staff, pleasant and efficient interaction. Noteworthy is the exemplary cleanliness in the rooms. Tastefully decorated rooms, and cleaning is done daily, towels changed every day. The food at the restaurant is very good. Private beach, across the road from the hotel, prompt service. We spent a perfect week, we felt very good.

The breakfast was good and varied each day. The personnel were very friendly and polite, always there to help. The suite view was splendid.

The restaurant was offering only fast food, suitable more for a beach bar. It would have been better to also offer some fresh fish, bbq etc. the beach was not sandy as advertised. Not bad, but a lot of pebbles and stones on entering the sea.

Just next to the private beach with free sunbeds, secured parking. Clean modern room with the balcony. Good breakfast and very friendly staff and owners. Close to the supermarket and few tavernas nearby.

The breakfast was great, the location perfect, the staff really helpful and friendly. The beach, especially the water, was one of the best that I've ever seen. The sunbends were included in the price and they were very comfortable. There is private parking, which was safe and spacious. The city Neos Marmaras was really close, and you can go by foot for 15 minutes. There is a supermarket 5 minutes from the Hotel.

The WI-FI was not great, most of the time it was slow, and the connection was not stable. Besides this, I don't have anything else that I did not like.

Location was so good, you didnt need car or etc. Beach of the hotel was clean and you can use free. Room was clean and enough for 2 adult and a child.

The staff is very helpful. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach can be used. The rooms have been renovated. The sea is nearby and clean.

Although the room has been renovated, the air conditioning is very old and there is a noticeable damp smell. The wireless internet is almost non-existent, and when there is a signal, the bandwidth is weak and unusable. In the renovated bathroom, the drain kept clogging. The bunk bed seems very unstable as it wobbles. The room space is too small if the lower bed is used.

This place is amazing,rooms are only few steps from the beach,they are super modern,new and clean.they have private parking and amazing food at the restaurant.frendly employees and super nice owners who are here for everithing you need.we will definitely come back here ?

The property is next to the beach with dedicated sun beds and umbrellas for the guests. A few Restaurants near by as well in walking distance. The room was clean with comfortable terrace. The staff was polite and supportive.

Room is very spacious and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beds are big and very comfortable. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming. They have also a great restaurant, food is very well made and hotel has a private parking lot. Great place for sumer vacation with excellent location. There is big supermarket, bakery and lots of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Definitely planning to come here again!

The hotel beach is not very big but there are a lot of beaches in N.Marmaras.

The hotel was right next to the sea and you can go dip and come back. Had a restaurant where you can eat bfast lunch and dinner. Easy access to parking. Ok facilities.

No very clean bathroom as you could see mould at the shower. Not great service at the beach as the waiters were mostly at the restaurant Not at the umbrellas that often..

We liked the location of the acommodation, it was right next to the beach, close to tavernas and a supermarket. We did not use the beach to the front of the hotel, as it was small and we preferred to visit one beach per day, travelling by car.The room was spacious, modern, good looking, clean, good dimensions for the fridge (not the usual small mini-bar type).We had a nice balcony, facing the inner yard, and we had electric sun-blinds, which was a very useful feature. We even had a Romanian TV channel :). The host was lovely, there is a parking yard, accesible by the room card.The breakfast was pretty good, however, it would have been nice to have a greater diversity, or at least to change the foods once every a couple of days. Sometimes, around 10 o'clock, there was barely any food left, and no refill was made.

The bathroom - it really needs renovation and a deep cleaning. The shower was awful - the shower rail was broken, it was hanging in the wall in one point only, the shower cabin was missing one of the two doors, so with only one door, the water was splashing all over the bathroom floor. The soap dispenser, the hygienic glass and the sink battery (tap) had limescale deposits and dirt/soap deposits. The water pressure during the weekend was inexistant, we barely managed to wash ourselves with a weak flow of water. The shower cabin frame seemed to never have been cleaned, it was filthy, blackened with dirt, soap deposits, mold, hair, and limescale deposits. The floor of the shower cabin was also dirty in the corners, a sign that the cleaning was never well done. The toilet bowl was stained and not thourougly cleaned at the back of the toilet bowl lid. There was a constant awful sewerage smell in the bathroom, which estompated if we kept the toilet bowl lid closed. However, we kept the bathroom door closed, as the smell still existed.Some of the towels we received were stained, freshly washed, but stained. The bed linen was quite worn out, but it was clean.

It was clean, comfortable. The location and the sea (paradisos beach) is a great. The suites was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks for hosting

From my point of view, and expectation, perfect accommodation for family vacation.The apartment was exceptionaly clean, comfortable. Restoran with delicious food and very good breakfest, with normal prices. Beach is right next to the hotel. Private secure parking is available. All recommendations.

The only thing that could be better is sunbeds on the hotel beach. This is not a negative expression, but compared to all other services in the hotel ( which are perfect), this can be improved.
