    Pros +

    • The hotel was amazing, clean, staff we’re very nice and helpful too, rooms were clean, food as well very good.
    • Great facilities! Great beach! Great accommodation!
    • Loved the location, pools, the serving and staff. Amazing breakfast, quite impressed to have each morning a tray with actual honeycomb ?

    Cons -

    • The location a bit boring. Nearest city is nikiti a bit boring. But overall for spa and rest amazing.
    • Staff service at every point is not matching 5 star expectations, not even close. From reception, house keeping and restaurants service, especially at breakfast. In a rainy day - table tennis is without rockets, table football- no balls...Nothing to do different from the beach and spa..
    • Everything was perfect, but as a suggestion, perhaps late check-out to be offered as an extra fee would be a bonus to the whole experience.

Amazing location and resort. Additional staff required to help clean tables and keep on top of customer service as took a while to get served at the bars and clean away tables. Would definitely go back

It was great! Everyone we interacted with treated us with the most respect. We especially liked Christina and Fellini (we are not sure if this was her name). The Pilates instructor we had a session on September 3rd during our stay.Thank you for an awesome end of our summer. The sea water was crystal clear!

The beach had a lot of rocks and was hard when we were entering the sea. From the meals we had at the hotel, we missed the seafood. Most of the time it had just single fish-based food which didn't taste good.

Great hotel, beautiful amenities, kind staff, lovely beach, delicious food, good spa, group classes were also excellent! Emilio’s one great guy who helped us with the luggage and has always smile on his face!

First day the room was not so clean, but they had a lot of rooms to clean this day so we called the reception and they had cleaned it again later and everything was perfect. Also Kyma restaurant everything was delicious but on lunch time we asked if they had soup and they offered us fish soup. We have waited more than 40 minutes for the soup because they did it for us which was nice but they had to inform us that we have to wait because we was with a baby. Also we paid 50 € for two soups.

To start with, we received a complimentary room upgrade to the most luxurious room in the complex, which greatly improved the overall impression. The complex is spacious, so there isn’t an overwhelming feeling of being crowded even when the hotel is full. The hotel beach is very good.

What we didn’t like was that at certain moments, the staff seemed confused about their responsibilities, and the staff needs to be much better for a 5-star hotel.

    9FlorinPosted on: 9-5-2023

The location is great. The facility is on the same range. There are more generous spaces for relaxing, with very nice landscape. The room with a private pool offered us a very pleasant stay, as well.

Appreciating once again all the positive thinks, I would recommend some improvement, as follow:- entertainment: more activities, more evening events (e.g. Greek music& dancing night, karaoke etc)- breakfast: very diversified, covering most of tastes! However, some suggestions: sausages and creamwurts every morning it's ok, but not the same! You can diversify them. Also, you can move some salads (e.g. eggplant salad) from dinner to breakfast- cleaning: it is very clear that here it's a huge room for improvement! The current cleaning team is doing its job as much as they are trained for. But it's not enough; the important thing is who is checking their job and how. As an example: few days ago, the hired company was in location for cleaning all the glass parapets (I think you pay them not only for the quantity they clean); looking only on the main restaurant external parapets, you can easily observe the (non) quality of their work.

My stay at the Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort spanned 3 nights from August 26th to August 29th, and from start to finish, it was simply fantastic. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of impressive. The variety of food options was extensive, catering to every palate. I always looked forward to the morning meal, which guaranteed a great start to the day.The reception at the hotel was warm, and I was made to feel welcome right away. The staff was incredibly attentive and even took care of my luggage. However, the highlight was the valet service, where a porter parked my car and escorted me directly to my vehicle whenever I wanted. This was a truly pleasant luxury that I greatly appreciated. The hotel's beach was absolutely breathtaking. The clear waters and fine sandy shore provided the perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment. I was even fortunate enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to the best room in the hotel, a seafront suite with a private pool. The view from there was simply spectacular. The Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort's spa facilities were also truly stunning. The spa area left me in awe, and the saunas were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to maintain my workout routine while enjoying my stay. The staff at the Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort were consistently friendly and incredibly accommodating. They were always on hand to meet my needs and ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible.Overall, I highly recommend the Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort. It not only offers luxury and comfort but also excellent hospitality that makes your stay truly special.Thank you to the entire hotel team for providing me with an unforgettable experience!

Now, let's move on to the aspect that didn't meet my expectations. There was an external hairdresser who came to the hotel to provide services. She cut my hair, but unfortunately, the haircut didn't turn out exactly as I had shown her in a picture. While it wasn't a terrible haircut by any means, it just didn't match the reference image I had provided. It's not something too significant, but it's worth mentioning for the sake of completeness.

+ amazing facility / location. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is beautiful, and the resort is brand new, well and nicely decorated+ staff very nice and friendly + rooms with pool are well worth it

    - service isn’t always up to the standard (beach wasn’t always cleaned and there was no service on the beach for several days). The staff makes it up for it by being very nice and helpful, but there is some work to do.

Nice location, good food, excellent facilities and nice rooms with pool. This was our second time, two years in a row since it opened up. We will go back again next year. We would like to see maybe more options for lunch as the Kyma restaurant had a limited menu (but good) and the bar by the pool just snacks.

    More meal options for lunch.

the room was large with 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room and pool.. the facilities were good

the service was atrocious. the staff is untrained, not helpful and disorganised. we asked for towels for our pool and were told that they had run out. we asked for room service and it took 1 hour to get 2 drinks. The food was ok, not great. Not what you'd expect in a 5-star resort. the beach is untidy and there is a lack of organisation there, we asked for an umbrella and were told we couldn't have one as they were broken, but then my husband just put it up himself. On the day we left we asked for help with the luggage and were waiting 40 minutes for someone to come to our room. In the end we just took it ourselves to the car. When we checked out, the shift leader at the reception did not bother to ask us how our stay was, she just gave us the bill. My impression is that the staff is just there to get paid, they don't care about good service and they don't care about making people feel welcome. It's not enough to have good facilities if you can't back it up with reasonably good service. Frankly I've been to 3-star hotels with better service..We won't be staying here again that's for sure..

    Solid beach.

We booked a prestige bungalow with sea view but we had no sea view - see photo. Management has no experience with running a 5 star establishment. Non responsive and not taking an interest outside having coffees in their office, which you can easily check passing the reception area. Pool area remains packed with dirty glasses and ashtrays from the night before. Plenty of sand in the pool day after day. Children are supposedly not allowed in the spa but it is actually just on paper - the spa is reduced to a kid's playground, they jump in and out of the saunas and run around freely. Room cleaning service very superficial, leave dirty glasses on the mini bar. Noisy guests who upset otherwise relaxing ambience are fully tolerated, do not expect peace and quiet anywhere. Food in the restaurant in majority part is exactly the same every day and not labelled, so you have no idea what are the ingredients. Staff completely unknowledgeable in drinks or wine, often unpresentable and in wrinkled shirts. Bring wrong bottles without excuse. To improve, this hotel definitely needs a new manager with proper experience, one who takes a walk around to see what is actually happening in the hotel. English poorly spoken outside reception. This is a four star at best, but again 5 stars are very easily awarded there.

The breakfast was rellay really bad.. did not enjoy it! ate only bread. Coffee was disgusting. Location was nice, the staff bad.

    The food and the staff.

    9DanielPosted on: 8-21-2023

Pros:- Excellent hotel amenities, spacious rooms, and comfortable common areas- Beautiful beach, well-maintained surrounding areas and gardens- Excellent guest relations service (Dimitra is going above and beyond to answer guest requests and proactively seeks feedback from the guests)

Cons:- Restaurant service does not correspond to a premium 5-star experience- Lack of experienced F&B personnel is obvious, but important to say the hotel is well-aware of the problem and working on it

    9AnnaPosted on: 8-20-2023

The beach and water is beautiful and the interior of the hotel is beautiful and Modern. The personnel was wonderful, so nice and service minded. Definitely 5 star service! Our cleaning was also very good and nice. The concierge is wonderful and helped us with Everything from bookings restaurants to renting a car.

It is a new hotel and all processes are not really in place, but I saw a strong will to make everything perfect The menu in the beach bar that was full of prefab food and mayonnaise dishes.
