Everything was amazing- the food was delicious with lots of variety, the rooms get cleaned daily and the location is perfect. Would recommend 10/10

Check in was efficient. We’d booked a ground floor triple room it was clean and had the usual supplies but the outside bore little resemblance to the pictures on Booking. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty - really enjoyed it, sitting beachside. Location ideal for exploring the area.

The room was next door to kitchen staff and so there was lots going on outside. Didn’t really feel comfortable sitting outside. Kept the blinds and shutters closed for privacy which kept the room rather dark. Hotel offered 10% off if you ate in restaurant. We enjoyed a great meal, but were charged for a drink we didn’t order. I’m sure it was a genuine mistake.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Avra! The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling, and the manager clearly runs the place with great care and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay.Breakfast was lovel, fresh and varied every morning, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the shore, so you can enjoy the sound and sight of the sea just steps away. They even offer free umbrellas for the beach, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable.One of our favorite parts was the excellent restaurant located right in front of the hotel. Sitting by the sea while enjoying a delicious meal?Overall, Hotel Avra exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place by the sea!

Wow. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Right in the heart of the little town and on the sea, it was the Greek experience we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was generous with lots of delicious options, and the restaurant across the hotel on the water was wonderful. All the staff were kind and helpful. And Maria, the owner, was such a nice person. I would return in a heartbeat.

The shower are too tight.

The breakfast was excellent generally speaking, only the omelets were somehow burnt when it was available. There were fruits, cheese, yogurts, sausages and a wide range of sweets. The hotel is right to the very narrow beach and we have to go to another beach in proximity Livrohio (1Km). Because you are a guest of the hotel you get 10% discount to the restaurant Avra. The cleanliness was exemplary!!! Welldone to the ladies

We liked being close to the beach and also having easy access to roads to explore more. Even though we were there at the end of the season (many other places were already closed), the breakfast buffet was one of the most extensive we've seen and the offerings changed some each day. The staff was very personable and helpful.

The shower stall is on the small side. It wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for a big person.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Very clean. The beach was amazing!

The location of the hotel was fantastic and Maria who worked reception was wonderful and very helpful.Restaurant food was okay and the buffet breakfast was lovely as you could have it on the beach.We had just come from Ammouliani and we found the waiters to be functional not exceptionally friendly like we had experienced on the island.

Superb beach hotel and restaurant. Nice to have diner and breakfast on the beach. Restaurant And breakfast were good. Personnel was okay, they were friendly to other clients, rather neutral towards us. Hotel had free parking. Room was clean with a big terrace. Location was great to discover Sithonia.

Room was bit outdated. Very harsh pillows with no alternative and soft mattress. Rooms were noisy and we were unlucky to have some loud Balkan friends next doors.

The room was clean, but small. Everything in the room was working properly. Breakfast was nice. The beach of the hotel was small, but the sea was great.

The staff at the hotel restaurant could be more professional and because we stayed there at the end of the summer season we felt that the staff was a little bit tired.

The location is very good, accessible and with walking distance to a very nice beach. Also, the room was clean, with daily maintenance. Diverse and tasty breakfast, we loved the sesame bagels :). The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed. Private parking lot at the location.

Nothing to complain about, we had a good vacation overall. We had our room facing the restaurant and it was a little bit noisy in the morning.

We LOVED our stay at Hotel Avra! It was our first time in Halkidiki and we were unsure about the best area to stay but we couldn’t have made a better choice. We were a family of 5 and stayed in the family room, which was great and had the most exceptional view of the water.The included breakfast was great! Lots of variety and they changed some of the food each day. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the parking was very handy (although as others have says, the entrance to the carpark is extremely tight).

This is a cozy, clean hotel in a very small bay with access to a restaurant on seaside where they serve included breakfast and lunch/dinner with 10% discount because you stay in the hotel. The rooms were cleaned everyday as well as towels were changed even though some were still unused, thanks for sensitivity on cleaning. The breakfast is served as open buffet with several options to eat, I had best hotel pancakes of the year. Hotel manager Maria is a lovely person, if you are new to area, you may ask her for beach suggestions.

Our room was facing the carpark.First we hesitated, however compared to several rooms you pass in front, from restaurant to room, we thought we had bigger room(2bedrooms) and more privacy. Plus easy access to car then meant more because we pack up everyday to go to different beach, so parking so close to room was OK. However next time, I would ask for a room on second floor anyway

Nice location near the beach with free private parking. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and well equipped.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay at Avra. I recommend it highly! Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff! Also, dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Would love to return someday! Thank you!
