GT Beach

OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT! Edward and his staff were so friendly, polite and helpful since our arrival, always checking that everything was running smoothly. Breakfast was great! Everything was so fresh. Our room was big, with a big bed, overlooking the pool and a balcony with beach view. You can park right at the front, normally there are spots available, if not on the street is also fine. Maleme has a cute city centre, much quieter than Chania, we would definitely choose this location one more time.

The only negative thing we've noticed was that the water of the shower was going everywhere because the glass door was not in front of it, was on the side. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

Great location, next to the sea; the rooms are huge, everything is very clean. We loved the pool and the quietness. Great place to stay and chill, far away from the usual crowd.

If anything the furniture could be overhauled. It was a bit dated/cheap.

Onsite manager was very nice and helpful. He recommended great restaurants and beaches to visit. I had a great and spacious room with a sea view.

Shower needs updating. The overhead and handheld shower was leaking and spraying everywhere

The location, the place and the people were very nice. The pool was a plus, with nice children toys, as the see was quite strong because of winds.The flat itself was very nice and modern.

Not much, only that the floor was dirty and the room not really clean when we arrived, but the second day they came to clean it. It also would have been nice to have a water boiler in the room. but they have a cafe place just woukd have been better to have something like this or coffee at hand.

The hotel is located at the beach - you just need to cross the small local road. It has its own umbrellas and beds.There is also a small pool in the middle, with kids section.The family one-room apartment was really nice, with great view at the pool and the sea. It had small, but normal fridge with freezing part included.Everything was very clean and well organized.It's family run and all the staff were very polite. We had an early morning flight and arrive there just when the breakfast was finished, but they offered us free coffee and water.

It's little isolated, there are similar buildings still under construction around. We had a car, I am not sure if there was any bus stop nearby. We were there for one night only, so didn't bother, but if you decide to stay a week or longer - it's good to know it in advance.

The breakfast was excellent, carefully and diligently overseen by Maria who was super helpful and friendly, greeting everyone individually each morning.Our room was of a very high standard and exceptionally clean.

For the price, it’s a very good apartment, especially if you’re staying for just one night. Good coffee.Nice pool.Very kind lady working here.

There was a fridge and electric kettle, but there were not a single dish or cutlery, so since we were staying for a longer period of time, we had to buy some.Quite a poor breakfast selection and if you stay for more days, you might get bored of allmost the same food. Though the lady working here was very kind and her efforts to please the guests were visible.There is construction going on behind the building, so if you stay in the hotel during day time, you may be disturbed by noise (Apr 2025).

Double bed was big and comfortable (180 cm).Breakfast was simple, but satisfying. The staff (Maria&Maria) who were cooking the food was super nice and welcoming, they made us feel like home through out the stay. Some time the neflix wasn’t working properly.The fan in the bathroom was a bit loud, the fans were touching the case a bit.It was nice to have a small fridge and a small kettle in the room.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very well located, with a stunning beach just steps away from the property.The room we stayed in was simple yet cozy. The pool area was clean and well-maintained.The combination of a great location, a nice pool, and easy beach access makes this hotel a solid choice for travelers seeking a simple and enjoyable stay.

One minor downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working during our stay. However, this didn’t compromise the experience overall.

Beautiful property across the street from the beach with view. Host very helpful room was cleaned and elegant and breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location in short proximity to the beach with sun-beds available to the hotel guests. Comfortable, great value for money. Amazing staff, very hospitable and kind, always accommodating guests’ needs.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel seemed full, but yet there were plenty of free sunbeds by the pool and the private beach. The best part of the hotel is the private beach, as it is very quiet and the beach is very clean. The hotel is isolated but still very accessible, so well suited for a few days of relaxation.

Need a car if you’re to explore the wider area and try different restaurants etc. Quite remote, but I liked that!

The room was clean and seemed to be new. The location was good. The staff was helpful and very polite. The breakfast was very good as well.

The construction next door started early morning which was unfortunate.
