About
The Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten (“Four Seasons Spa Hotel“) is a wellness and family hotel. It is directly connected to the Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg, Europe’s leading thermal spa for families and children, via an underground passage. Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten is a partnerhotel of the nearby Thermenhotel Kurz, which is right next door. Check-in and check-out are handled at Thermenhotel Kurz. Breakfast during the week and outside holiday periods is served at the partner and neighboring hotel, the Thermenhotel Kurz, and not in the Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Dinner is always served at Thermenhotel Kurz. The restaurant offers seasonal Pannonian specialties and international cuisine. In the hotel's own wellness area, designed as a Pannonian sauna village, you will find a bio sauna, steam bath, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and a whirlpool. You can also refresh and relax in the natural swimming pond all year round. Both the wellness area and the natural swimming pond are available to all guests aged 15 and over. The entire Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten as well as the Thermenhotel Kurz are air-conditioned. Additionally, each room features WiFi, a safe, a TV and a mini-fridge. Guests can buy discounted tickets for the Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg at the reception of the Thermenhotel Kurz. As a guest of the Thermenhotel Vier Jahreszeiten, you can also enjoy all facilities of the Thermenhotel Kurz. This includes a 2,500 m2 indoor funpark with a soft play area, pedal go-kart track, ninja course, trampoline and much more. Furthermore, you have access to a play and craft area and a crawling area for babies directly in the dining room. You can also use the Thermenhotel Kurz's 5 outdoor tennis courts, 4 bowling alleys, fitness room, bicycles and rickshaws.

- We really enjoyed it. The breakfast was find, location is fantastic. We used the tunnel to go to the spa and pools.
- Was in a good location for us, nice friendly staff who gave us good advice on where to eat locally.
Cons -
- Old hotel, price is too expensive to what you get. Does not have swimming pool for kids. It only has wellness from the age 15+. Not much to do in the hotel.
- The bed was a little bit hard for me. Everything else was fine. Thank you to the staff for the excellent work. Keep it up :-)
- The breakfast was ok but I would have appreciated more variety. There were no soft boiled eggs or sunny-side up eggs and no plant alternative for milk or yoghurt. The snacks were overpriced at times, a langos costs 9,90€ which is ridiculous. Our room was facing the entrance so during part of the night there was a light shining right in front of the window which was at times annoying because even though the curtains were good, some light came through. We informed the hotel in advance that we're bringing a dog and they confirmed but didn't tell us how much it will cost. Unfortunately we also didn't find this information on the website. It's 15€/night which is not too bad, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance.

Staff was extremely friendly and service oriented. The spa / wellness area is nice and well maintained.Upon check-in the receptionist was already informed about our dietary requirements and presented us with menu options for the day. The kitchen and service staff were extremely patient, friendly and tried their best to accommodate our dietary needs (vegetarian, dairy-free).The home-made lemonades are delicious. The bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast was good?Lot’s of foods.
The bed was a bit hard, sonst war all okey.
penthouse was ideal for our big family! liked the underground passage to the Therme! food was great as well!
Wellness was great, staff very helpfullthe location greatthe room comfortable
I`ve known the location before very well, so it was not surprising for me. But for those who don't, the location is wonderful for a few days a or a week holiday. The aquapark is great and is connected with the hotel directly which is great. Nice place for walks, cycling, tasting wine or visiting places around both in Austria and Hungary. Hotel is OK, wide choice at breakfast, dinner is fine as well.
We had quite a large apartment for 2 adults and 2 children (11,13) with one double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was in a very bed condition so sleeping there for 4 nights was a nightmare. There also were not enough hooks or suitable storage for towels and swiming suits. There was quite a large kitchen in the room which was quite useless since most of the people go to the restaurant. Even with small babies you 'd use mostly a microwave and fridge. WIFI was very bad, always very low signal and often not working at all.
Very poor
We caught the hotel staff stealing in our room. This hotel never again.
The location is suitable for family with children.
The dinner is a little bit expensive.
