Hotel spotless pool bar staff friendly and helpful. There was also a lovely waiter in the restaurant that worked so hard to amend his head waiters bad behavior ...

Room was small with no windows,photos on website misleading. Breakfast poor , dinner was very disappointing . Head waiter was one of the worst I have ever encountered . He was so rude did not represent himself or the hotel in a positive light.

This is my hotel of choice in Lacco Ameno. It’s location has such stunning views. The different pools and sitting locations outside is my favorite. And the staff is always very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing but I’ve come across a couple of customers who’ve “shushed” me in the middle of the day and late afternoon for just plainly talking on the phone outside and with a friend. I thought it was pretty funny tho.

Very comfortable room and cleaned every day. Views are fantastic. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Pools are great.

Maybe a bit tired in places.

The property is located in a beautiful location overlooking two sides of the island. The many terraces of the property and pools afforded everyone an opportunity to experience the space.

The one room was a bit small but honestly I can’t complain.

Very good breakfast. It is possible to have lunch/dinner as well and it is excellent. If you do not use that, you can have a dinner in close restaurants.The stuff was nice and heplfull.A room has been equiped by nice terrace where you have beutiful view for sea and Vesuv as well. If you have chance you can see sunrise from a terrace. Bathroom and beds were better than standard.It is pretty close to downtown, with small shops and restaurantsThe biggest surprise for me was, that the hotel really works like spa with pools with termal or warn sea water and several whirpools. We enjoyed it very much and it was relaxing.For travelling on the island we used public transport - buses, which I would highly reccommend, the streets there are very thin and the public transport is well organized and frequent.

The desk staff were not friendly or happy. The hotel pool spas were dirty. Hotel room was clean but beds were uncomfortable. The restaurant staff were exceptional and housekeepers were very kind.

Nice location, nearby town was quite pleasant, close to some very good restaurants.

Nothing about the property but some of the dining staff could’ve shown more enthusiasm when interacting with me and my family. It is as though, we were an afterthought or a nuisance.

The facilities, the pools , the very welcoming reception and employees!

It would be nice if they maintained a bit better the building from the outside. Inside was very well maintained. Outside it could use a bit repainting at least.

The food was great, hotel has a lot of pools, change of towels every day...

They try to fool us with a "better" room which of course was not as good as the one we booked. When we asked them for the other room they gave us the right room without of problem.

A bit outdated, it would have been nice to have some more amenities in the room such as a coffee machine, smart TV, cutlery. We had to ask for a kettle for the room just to have a cup of tea.Not impressed by the €15 towel charge at the checkout; we had asked for beach towels at the start of our stay and staff were very accommodating, however at no point did they make us aware there was a charge for these towels and not even as a rental deposit but €15 each for towels that were returned at the end of the stay. At that price we could have purchased some to keep. Staff were very deceptive about this charge.

The positives of this hotel are that it has a wide range of pools, the bedroom was comfy, the views were amazing and the breakfast was lovely.

Unfortunately, some of the staff put a downer on our honeymoon as they were very dismissive. We are English and tried our best to speak Italian but were spoken down to by a few members of staff. Some sunbeds are reserved even though we were told you are not allowed to do this. We were also unaware that the vast majority of people at this hotel are older couples. Now whilst this is not a negative, it is worth noting that you may look (and feel) out of place if you are younger than 50.

Great location and views, well kept gardens, easy walk to Lacco Ameno and the beach. Wide variety of thermal pools, excellent breakfast and helpful staff.

The location was very good

The AC was not working well and it was very hot in the room at night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast had very limited options to choose from.
