Friendly staff.2 Thermal pools!!Good breakfast

I had a warm welcome by the staff. Soon I got there they offer me a glass of water, and explain the hotel amenities. They have a delicious breakfast with variety of sandwiches and cakes. I like the Spa and Sauna pool. Serena was very helpful on giving me info on local attractions !!

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the swimming pools were great! It was also really close to the shops and a beach

Slightly thicker bed covers/ another layer of sheets as I found myself getting cold at points during the night

The place has a special charm, very authentic yet very confortable. It is very close to all amenities in lacco ameno. The staff is very professional and at the same time very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location was very close to a small beach with use of free Hotel sun bed and Parasol (May, June, September), numerous restaurants and many buses to all other parts of the Island. Only 20 minute walk to arguably the best and most picturesque beach on the island (San Montano). Decent sized room in a very pretty courtyard. Incredible Breakfast of cereal (3), fruit juices (3), croissants / pain au chocolat (3), cakes (3), yogurts, Bread, rolls (brown and white), cheese, ham, boiled eggs. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but I'm sure it must have been really good because the dining area was always full.Lovely staff who filled up our water bottle each day.Excellent Wifi.

Although we didn't use it much, the T.V. could be bigger (minor point).Could have been a kettle (Minor point).

The staff is lovely and attentive. However they should do something about their guest policy. The hotel looks more like a kindergarden, the place is full of crying and yelling toddlers and children. And nobody does anything for the comfort of other guests staying WITHOUT children who had actually paid the same price to relax and use the hotel facilities...

Location very close to Lacco Ameno - very convenient for the beach but not noisy. Very close to a bus stop. The breakfasts were plentiful and the night I dined with them was a lovely meal.

I did not like that I had to wear a shower cap in the pool.

The hotel's location is perfect, close to bus station, restaurants and beach is in walkable distance.There were many choices for breakfast: croissants, muesli, juices, fruits, cheese and ham, eggs

The noise isolation is poor. We would hear cars and motorcycles passing by all night, as well as staff and other guests walking in the corridor

Wonderful clean pools and surrounding gardens. No need to pay for a chair or fight for space and the service is wonderful.

The hotel is 3 star - but already very used for the money...room was clean, bathroom was so small, hard to move, the shower was smallest I ever saw and this type of shower I have not seen 30 years!!!For the money I will not come again!

We had a great time and really enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff was super friendly, the nice little pool, the location, the promenade along the beach.

Hotel has hot spring water, staff were great n v helpful sp. Sabrina, room was good n comfy, good location v near 2 beach, food was v v good. Perfecto!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach and the port.

The breakfast choice was very very poor. Vegetables lacked completely, fruit choice consisted of apple and bananas. Cheese and charcuterie of the cheapest type

Rooms were a little dated. It would have been nice to have a few more healthy options at breakfast - some fresh fruit etc.

We really liked the location. Hotel has dedicated place at the beach. Beach is 2 minutes away from the property.

Good breakfast selection, good facilities, lovely garden, very friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to sea, supermarket, restaurants.

Staff were very friendly-allowed me to check out late in the afternoon at no cost.Location-walking to Negombo spa,beach,restaurants and shops. 200m from bus stop connceting you to other parts of the island.Good brekfast that had more than sweet croissants.2 pools and jaccuzzi if you dont feel like walking to beach.

I had a single room so it was quite tiny. But the double rooms were big.No wifi in the room.

The staff is AMAZING!! So unbelievably helpful and a true representation of the Ischian people
