Very relaxing spa. Great treatments

Nickel and dime. Everrything had an extra price, the robe, the nespresso in the room, etc. They did upgrade us, but then didn't include much.

Staff was great and food was very good. Staff did everything to accommodate any request.

Room was way too small for two people.

Clean comfortable rooms, Water in the refrigerator. And for the rest in the refrigerator, you have to pay for the next day. Breakfasts are not varied. Stuff is very friendly. Clean and comfortable pools. There was no hair conditioner in the rooms. Hotel recommend. Nearby is the thermal park "Negombo"

The pools and property was very clean and tidy. Rooms were nice and received a turn down service which was unexpected. Overall great location and property to stay at.

Knowing ahead of time that by booking through a third party system did not allow of the shuttle use from the ferry and back.

We like absolutely everything: location, beautiful garden with different pools , breakfast most of all people who work there! So nice, so caring and always ready to help with all your problems. Our favorite is Giada,she made our stay so special and fantastic!

We arrived late in the evening and were put in separate rooms, the following day one of us was moved into the others room. I am uncertain why we were not just put in the same room together in the first instance.

Staff is friendly

The hotel is very very dated. Not only in the sense that is is very old fashioned, but the facilities also badly need renovation. Even easy things to change, like the wine glasses are old and look dirty. Chairs are uncomfortable and the swimming pools are dirty and miss tiles. The airconditioning in the whole hotel was out of operation. Food in the restaurant is not great.

A wonderful hotel! A little outdated, but it gives it a charm! The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable! The pools are great. Thank you Italy, you are beautiful!

The place has many pools that were not overcrowded during the stay in late september. Therea are many facilities available on site as well: nails, massage etc., but all paid separately, and a bit pricy. The breakfast is very good. The room is clean, bed is very nice. You need to pay additionally for the bath rob too.

The clientele are old. It is obviously aimed at an older generation.

We loved the elegance of the surroundings and atmosphere, the location, the mix of thermal and seawater pools, the poolside snack and drink bar, the staff and the restaurant. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only problem we had was with the room air conditioning, and it was difficult to get effective help on that. Although someone did come out to the room our second day, it was still not resolved. It got a bit better when we switched it to a different setting.

The pools are nice, staff are helpful, the building had a character for itself. It is quite clean and well maintained despite the fact that it is an old building.

Somehow the beda were not comfortable, the air conditioning was not working properly. The breakfast is average, I was expecting more variety.

We loved EVERYTHING about La Reginella. It’s a really luxurious, classical Italian hotel. The room was spacious and we equipped; the bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and wonderful service. The thermal pools are AMAZING and all different temperatures, and we spent many lazy days in the garden going from pool to pool. The staff are just WONDERFUL, charming and so helpful. They really go above and beyond. The beauty spa is great - I had a fantastic lymphatic drainage massage. And finally the location in the town is so very convenient - close to everything! We are looking forward to returning again next summer!

The facilities are kept to very high standards. The pools are amazing and the location is superb, as it's located in a prime spot in Lacco Ameno. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options to choose from.

There was no wi-fi in the room we were given and when we asked about it, the staff at reception simply said that they would ask the engineer to fix it. Unfortunately, that never happened and we didn't receive an apology or were offered to change room. Slightly disappointing for such a nice hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and professional. Beatiful location with lovely gardens and pools.

The pigeons are annoying and unwelcome at breakfast table. Also annoying that wait staff starts setting up for lunch an hour before breakfast time is over! Breakfast is excellent but breakfast guests should not feel rushed. My stay was wonderful and I look forward to my next visit.

The breakfast was better than expected. I guess they also offered a buffet dinner but was never advised about this upon check-in.The location was in an area where mostly there was not much to do or many restaurants nearby.This property seemed much like a place where the guests ate breakfast, hung around the pools, ate dinner at the hotel and never left the premises.The clientele was quite elderly , almost 80 % of guests above 70 years old, many walking around in bath robes all day.The pools were nice but needed cleaned more often, and the turkish bath was closed for our entire stay..............and for some reason even though the pools were supposed to stay open until 8, the staff began to close the pool areas a few hours before that.I do not believe I would stay here again.................. just an overall strange environment.

Pools should be cleaned more often. Front desk staff should be more helpful and friendly.

The seven pools were unique. Along with the somewhat central location that is about all I have to say that is positive from our stay here.

Our bathroom had ants the duration of our stay. We requested them to be remediated twice but they were not effectively able to be removed and we dealt with them the entire stay. We were left with no toilet paper one night. Our room was tucked in the back requiring a very long walk to the lobby and street. The shower was so small - probably 5 sq feet large with no tub option. The WiFi was ineffective and being international guests, WIFI was important. We traveled with two friends who had a room with a balcony and a tub (we did not). We paid more than they did for the same room. I was extremely disappointed with our stay here. We checked out on my birthday so my husband did not want to complain and create too much of a fuss, not that we were asked how our stay was anyway by anyone at the front desk. When we described our disappointment in an email - it took almost thirty days to reach a final verdict, which was 15% off a future stay, of which we will never redeem.
