View of the lake and Mt Pilatus, amazing. And hotel is a few steps to the ship dock...super fun. Hotel restaurant was good but there other restaurants nearby.

Internet quality was poor

the Breakfast was superb and the staff wonderful. I loved the view from the room and the location. The treat that was left was delicious and the decor marvelous.

We had the 3rd floor so there was a skylight in the room. I usually need to have it dark to sleep. I was pretty tired but it did take a little while to get to sleep because the room was too light for me

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Beautiful view from the room. Easy parking.

The restaurant was quite busy. Since the staff served both the restaurant and the hotel, they were sometimes less attentive to hotel guests.

Wonderful location on the water, in the charming old town. Room was wonderful (clean and comfortable) with views of the lake. Short walk to the train with connections luzurn and Zurich.

The breakfast needs complete change , it’s fairly basic . They should include more variety and make it more presentable. Currently it’s a setup on smalls corner.

Nice location and very good view from the restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable . Nice breakfast. We enjoy our walk along the lakeshore after dinner.

Will be great if the balcony is a bit bigger and with chairs to sit in the morning.

Location is great, the rooms are very well appointed, nice work.

The restaurant, much flies, I asked and they said that they can’t do anything about the flies, which is absurd, really disturbing. We were inside due to rain, I’m sure if outside the flies problem wouldn’t be there.

The property is beautiful, next to the lake Luzern, very picturesque! The hotel is bleak and very well organized. The staff are amazing, great service, amazing variety breakfast with fresh eggs directly from kitchen.

None I would like to stay more time !

The breakfast was very good

We were there to do some bike tours but the hotel did not have a secure place we could keep our bikes so we had to store our bikes inside our car for the night which was not optimal. I am sure they could have found a locked room to store or allowed us to keep them in our rooms.the other thing we didn't like was that every night there were people just outside the hotel partying. The first night this went on till 4 in the morning.

The hotel was really beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect—right by the lake, which made the stay even more special. The staff were friendly and professional. It was an excellent experience overall, and I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

If you're open to a brief journey from Luzern to Küssnacht (14 KM/20 min) by train, car, or even boat, this is an ideal place to stay in the region. It is more affordable than hotels in Luzern, even when factoring in the cost of train tickets for local travel, and the scenery is stunning. One side offers a view of Lake Lucerne with Mt Pilatus in the distance, while the other side features Mt Rigi. The hotel is luxurious and well-maintained. The breakfast and restaurant, especially the wine selection, were excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

There isn't much to say. Perhaps it's worth noting that the hotel did not have a staffed reception desk, in the classic way, but employees were always present and offered assistance.

Location view decor quality of finish and cleanliness

The hotel was really pretty, with nice location close to the bus stop and just next to the lake. The building the beautiful inside & out. You can watch the lake during breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety and quality. The room was also spotless clean and very stylish, with great view on the lake and the mountains. Comfy beds.

The staff could be friendlier.

The excellent breakfast was buffet style plus egg dishes, cooked to order. The staff were cheerful,and helpful. The location is central for the bus and ferry, when running, with excellent views to the lake and mountains.

The only criticism would be the quality and size of the towels, particularly the bath towels.

The location was about 10 - 15 walking minutes from the train station, my room was small and you had to watch for the wooden ceiling beams, so if you are tall, ask for a room without ceiling beams. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the restaurant is great.

Gorgeous Property right on the water and in the cutest village. Great location right outside of Lucerne. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was fabulous too.

Honestly hard to find anything I didn't like, so I guess not having a fan or AC in room it did get a little warm while sleeping.
