- Beautiful Private Beach
- Only the view
- Bad
Cons -
- Rooms smelled like cigarettes and beds made noise. we only stayed a night so to be fair we didn't contact the hotel desk.
- Staff was rude and couldn't care less for guests. Check in took forever, priority was given to chatting with the housekeepers and not serving the guests. Elevator tiny. Furniture falling apart, doors thinner than paper, bathroom uncomfortable and dirty. Overall, it looks more than an old hospital rather than a hotel. Have not experienced anything like this. I believe even in its prime, more than 30 years ago, it was a mediocre establishment at best. Since nothing has changed for decades now, it's just a sad reminder of 80's in decay.
- Very dated and run down Very limited breakfast choices. Stayed a week didn't eat breakfast at all not Very appealing.

Amazing location !About 60m from the sea, I could hear the waves and it was amazing , great experience Indeed, some update could make magic to this hotel but, it’s definitely great + value for money
Needs some work
Very good location by the sea, nice pool. I really appreciate the pool guard who did a great job taking care of everyone and everything! The service was also very good at the bar and reception. The hotel was well cleaned.
The room resembled the nineties, the furniture was very old and had not been repaired for a very long time. The bathroom looked very worn. The breakfast was modest, the coffee very tasteless.
The matricess were exceptional! I had a very good sleep. Moreover, it was a quite hotel, although it was nearby the main road. Last, the location was very close to the city of Ag Theodorous.
It's an old hotel. Not upgraded. The furnitures show the time that has passed by but not in a "vintage" way.
Great location, friendly staff, beautiful beachfront view
Poor breakfast, (without toaster to warm some bread)
Poor breakfast, low quality
Everything was a mess. Air condition was not functional and the temperature was at 38 degrees. The staff was unprofessional and the whole building is one step before the desaster.
It was right on the waterfront
The lift didn’t work and we were on the top floorThe hairdryer blew the fuse in the whole hotel and it took 2 days to get the air con back up. We booked for a waterfront room but didn’t get that
Location close to the beach
Old, not taken care of. Missing love.
Wonderful setting, crystal water beach, staff kind and professional.
Everything's perfect. Maybe I would add some help for the staff at the bar. One person with the hotel full implies a lot of waiting for the customers, although they cover this gap with kindness and professionalism
Used as a 2 night stopover between Athens and Peloponnese. Excellent location, beachfront hotel, amazing views, and beach. Older style hotel 70s vintage inspired with comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast included, hotel bar / cafe serves good lunch with great service. Also, there are plenty of dining options in the town centre along the waterfront.
We came here off season and had a really nice stay. Even though we were the only ones having breakfast they cared about every single detail and created a delicious meal for us. The view we had on the sea was stunning.
Good position in front of to the sea
Old and not well maintained. Not super clean. No breakfast before 8am.
DON’T PAY FOR THIS CRAP
This place is a literal hellhole. Don’t ever book. We stayed for one night and the moment we arrived, we already wanted to leave.First of all, it’s dated. It does not look anything like the pictures you see here. The whole place smells and is not properly cleaned. Our room was gross, the mattress full with stains and the bath room full with mold. It’s also very noisy. We did not sleep at all, because you hear everything that’s going on in other rooms. Then, the breakfast… my god. Only looking at it made us sick. Old bread, weird looking eggs and rotten fruit. We skipped it, even though we had paid for it.Lastly, the guy at the “coffee bar” should be fired right away. We ordered 2 coffees, waited more than 25 minutes and he did not even start making them. We asked and he kept on saying “it’s coming” but in the end we got nothing. How hard can it be? This was one of the worst hotels we had ever been and a bad start of our trip through Greece. Don’t book this. Avoid it.
Good breakfast
Cold shower.Ran the taps form 20 minutes, hot water did not come through.Reported this to desk, no improvement
The outside spaces were good and the sea is beautiful.
It was incredibly dated, the shower tray was small and it wasn’t possible to shower with the shower head attached to the bracket or without having the shower curtain sticking to me (which just didn’t feel so hygienic). Someone had clearly had to break into the bathroom before as the door frame was broken and hadn’t been fixed. The room smelt (possibly of stale food) and the aircon was either off (stifling) or fiercely cold. Breakfast was generally unappetising but the Greek yoghurt was nice. We booked a double room but were given a twin-bedded room.
Only stayed one night whilst passing through. Nice location on the beach.
Our room was dated and old fashioned. The corridors and doors were echoey and noisy when guests entered their room at night.
Great view. Room was fairly big and the shower kept the water in the shower
Room and bathroom were dated, old and tired. Mosquitoes, yet no screen on the sliding glass door, no nets for the beds, no coils. No glasses in the room, no water boiler.
The stuff was really helpful and friendly. The room spacious and clean.
