    Pros +

    • The hotel is very nice with lovely grounds around it and a friendly staff.
    • It's the third year in a row we go with my family and it was great as a hotel!
    • Only the view and one very polite and helpful male employee which name unfortunately i do not recall. He took our luggage and parked our car.

    Cons -

    • The room was pretty small especially for the price. The bathroom was fine but the rest of the room felt very small and cramped. There was a table between the bed and wall that barely left enough room to pass by to get to the other side of the bed and the balcony doors.
    • My only complain is with the restaurant since it's our third year in a row and this year the quality of the buffet at the dinner and the breakfast was obviously lower than the previous years. Yes, more options, but much lower quality

The beach and garden were beautiful. The view was great. The reception was friendly and kind. And the gym was nice with a window to the sea. Breakfast was very rich, and had fish in the menu.

The staff at the spa was not that friendly. The sauna was not working. The room could have been cleaner ( there was mold in the bathroom). The pool didn’t open until 10:00 so we could not enjoy it.

Breakfast overall very good.Location: nice beach with clear waters, the small village where the hotel is located does not have much to offer if you are looking for entertainment (but is very nice if you want peace of mind). However, the hotel hosts wedding parties and other events and it can be quite crowded and not very peaceful on these occasions.

    1) we stayed for 4 days in room 409 where, from late evening and during the night, there was a stink as if from a sewage. We notified staff on 3 occasions, on the third one we asked a night staff to come and confirm it for herself, which she did (in order for them to understand that our complaint was valid and not fiction). When we changed to room 209 (where we stayed for another 4 days) the problem was worse!! The stench was evident during the late evening/night only and not during the day. Nothing was done to resolve the issue (or, if something was done, we were never made aware of it). I would have expected a "courtesy action" by the hotel, maybe a bottle of wine with a written apology, maybe -if they wanted to really show they care- a partial refund, or at least SOMETHING. Nothing happened. 2) Instead of a "courtesy action" they rushed us on the last day when we were late (by only 30 minutes!!) for check-out. The last 3 days of our stay I had to be away for professional reasons. On our last morning, when I was driving to reach the hotel in order to collect my family, there was a traffic accident which delayed my arrival. I called the hotel 3 times in the course of an hour and they only answered the third time. I informed them of the situation and, despite this, they kept harassing my family by calling the room and asking them to vacate it. The bizarre thing is that the hotel had many other rooms which were still unprepared so they did not need to be so unnecessarily pushy with us. 3) If this wasn't enough, when I tried to talk to the lady who was in charge of the reception staff, I had the Head of Security only 1 meter away, as if he was "checking on" me. I asked him to stay further away but he said that I was actually "in his space"!!!

A very, very well equipped and clean place, there was always something to do, the pool is excellent and there is a jacuzzi on the roof of the hotel. The entire hotel staff was great! Especially George who approached us at breakfast and offered his help in everything we would need, whether it was getting to places or how to travel by local train. The experience at the hotel was great and I would definitely like to go back there again!

    Nothing!!

It was a perfect vacation, the service was amazing. George , Marianneta and all of the team were so kind and friendly and at a very high level, they really didn’t missed anything. The resort is clean and beautiful, the food was great, the bar, the pool, everything was just perfect!! We will love to come back

OK breakfast , room, pool, beach.

Dear future quests, try to avoid room 209, during the night the bathroom is smelling worst than a public toilet. And the smell penetrate the wall. We slept with open window.

First of all - we want to thank the staff, and especially Ana, Yota and Silvana and the other women from the hotel who were super nice to us and to our little baby! It was amazing how they cared about us and made our stay so welcoming and baby-friendly.Besides that, the hotel is beautiful!! The pool and the beach are really nice, the room is excellent, we could always hear the calming sound of the waves, and it was suitable for us with the baby (we had a separate living room and a bedroom).Thank you very much!!

The view was good from balcony

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Waste of money. First of all breakfast, lunch, dinner option are very poor, they use same food from lunch during dinner and visa versa, beach umbrellas and sun-beds are in very very poor condition, room cleaning is awful we had to ask twice to clean our room again, because the garbage bins were not cleaned, toilets left untouched, no water replenishment at all. If you are planning to chill and relax it’s not the right place, for our entire stay we had not slept properly because they had noisy wedding for 2 days and party downstairs till 7am, and rest of days they have club next door and it runs until 5am with loud music. The service by the beach was discontinued because of the wedding, also you could not use the area of pool and garden because of the same reason. The staff doesn’t care at all. Tables after breakfast are not cleaned, poor service. We came for lunch and asked to clean table and in fact none did, we had to ask like 3 times. Finally waiter came to clean and brought one set of cutlery and when we said “we are two people can you leave one more set” the reply was “ it’s not for you it’s for other table”. Also reception people are so careless, we asked to check out at 12:00 instead of 11am as I had to take important injection at 12:00 and we got refused. For anyone planning to stay I would say “ spend your money somewhere else, this hotel is not worth it. The beach is not private by the way, anyone from the street can walk in and use it, even though it belongs to the hotel.

    The pool is pampering

We took a room that is adapted for the disabled, and you can say that if it is a room that is adapted for a person without disabilities, then it is a shame and a shame! There was a terrible smell of sewage in the whole room, there is no separation between the shower and the toilet and the water spread everywhere, we asked them to bring us a mop and they claimed that there was none and that we would call each time we finished showering, they only came once and the other times they claimed they would come and they didn't. For the icing on the cake, on the last day we needed a taxi to the center and the receptionist was not nice, we waited for an hour and a half for a taxi that was still late. And if that's not enough, the receptionist gave me a shhhhhh with the height of insolence!

A very beautiful place, but there is no crossing the pool. It's nice. The place is not particularly clean. The staff is partly perfect and partly less so at the end. A nice experience, nothing more than that.

We showered in the room and all the water comes out of the shower, the room is not very clean, disappointing service, in addition our flight was very late at night, we asked to evaluate the room for payment of course and not until late but the price was excessive, they wanted another night to pay, it's really unfair

    7EkaterinePosted on: 9-7-2024

There are very nice and attentive people at the reception and thank you gardener.

I vacationed in Isla Brown for the first time last year. I want to tell you that the service was quite good, the breakfast was very tasty and varied, which I cannot say about this year. The morning meal was no longer German. It seems that entering the Hilton is really not enough for the hotel. The hotel is in need of renovation and should be removed from the Hilton membership. Last year the situation was much better than this year. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep at night, the music kept us awake every night until morning.

Sea is perfect , very bright

Some of the reception staff are very unprofessional and impolite , they don’t know how to talk with customers.

    8NicholasPosted on: 9-2-2024

Excellent and helpful staff, from the moment we checked-in to when we left, all the staff were really helpful throughout. The pool area on the ground floor was also nice, there is also a nice out door bar on the roof (although it was closed during our stay there). The rooms are modern and clean, as it looks like on the pictures. Within 1-2 hours drive from Corinth Canal, Nafplion, Mycenae Ruins, etc.

The room was a little bit small and there is no shower door which meant that the water quite easily flooded the toilet. But not a major issue. Price wise we felt like it was a little high for what we were paying. There is also not much in the surrounding area but if you are looking to stay in a resort for a few days outside of Athens, this is an excellent choice.

    9AnatPosted on: 8-25-2024

It is very obvious that every detail was considered. The room was great, the food was great and everyone was extremely nice. The pool and beach are great. very close to the hotel and to each other which is really convenient with little children.

The elevators are very very small so it takes a while to move around the area. The water in the roof pool were dirty. There's not much to do in the area.

There were some very good things about the hotel and some less positive things but one thing is for sure, this is not a 5 star hotel, at least according to standards that I have come to know. It is a beach resort and in that respect, it has a great beach, and very nice pool and an extremely nice and friendly staff who really make an effort. There is a good poolside bar and food service. It also has a decent gym and physically, the beds are very comfortable. Parking is free and the lot is conveniently located two minutes away. It is a decent 4 star hotel in my opinion

the hotel is in the village, and on the main road. At night, the noise from the motorcycles, loud cars and barking dogs can be heard clearly in your room and can wake up anyone who doesn't sleep like a rock. Also the acoustics between the rooms are poor and we heard our neighbors and they could hear us. Breakfast is decent, but not exceptional as it should be in a 5 star hotel. The very nice beach is not large enough and there is a shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas and if you don't get to the beach by 7:30 or 8 am, you are likely not to find anything available. The rooms while comfortable, are small. The selection of tv channels for English speakers is again not as it should be in a 5 star hotel and the only English language tv channel is BBC world news.
