The location was good but we're waiting too much for the key they told me they call me for the key but anybody call us then I'll go to the reception then they told me It's not already yet they told me to come back ...

    The location was comfortable

    5MarcoPosted on: 8-17-2024

    It had two swimming pools

The reception was a disaster, our bungalow was not ready and dirty from previous occupants, swiftly the blame was passed onto the cleaners (cheap shot from a group that should be helping eachothers), they tried to fib us with a smaller bungalow ( no way we accepted this) and after four hours we were given our bungalow nice and clean. The maintenance of the aircon could be done more often, it smelled. The toilet really smelled badly. There were ants everywhere and the village was full of badly parked cars, someone, a guest, also tried to ‘tell me to move my car or else’. Of course he was sent back where he came from. It was another thought that did not allow me to relax. Contrary to what advertised, there are no buses to Rome (1 hour away), only a small van to transfer you to the local train station (30min away).

Pool closed at 7pm which was absolutely horrid given it was hot as hell outside. The wiFi didnt reach our room. The AC was not turned on before our arrival, so we walked into a 100 degree tin can. No TV - not mentioned in the description. Parking situation was a mess. Overpriced for an outdated camper.

Pool needs to stay open later, especially on days when its over 100 F outside!

Very good quality for the price. Shades everywhere.

Old facilities and food at the restaurant … not reallly reflecting Italian quality.

We didn’t like anything about it. It was the worst place we have ever stayed in.

We didn’t have hot water for the 1st day. Toilet commode was very dirty and had stains One of the bedroom doors had a broken dentThere was no internet for the accommodation areas. There was only internet at the reception and public areas, where you were meant to go and connect to the WiFi with the help of the receptionists, but when we went to connect to the WiFi, they were very rude, nonchalant and unfriendly, and didn’t even answer us properly and didn’t help us. But however they were very hospitable and friendly with the Italians and other Europeans before and after us, but they didn’t even look at our faces. They clearly didn’t like Asians. So people who are Asian, we wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Their customer service is horrendous and they were very racist.

I didn't like Nothing about it. Also pool was closed already for the season and it does not mention that when you are booking.Floors were sooo dirty like if it hasn't been cleaned in months and a lot of cobwebs everywhere in the room and restaurant And also a huge bee inside the room.

    8TaraPosted on: 9-27-2023

Nice little camp. Very friendly staff

Disappointed that all the summer facilities were closed like pool & entertainment despite the season still having 4 days to go before the end of these activities.

Good place... had a cabin one of the quiter areas which was a plus. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We drove in very late but have checked online so the check in process was very fast and easy - the security was waiting for us and gave us the key. The bungalow in good size, very clean and there were enough towels. The Kitchen was well equipped. The grounds are nice in a Forrest so there is enough shade. They have kids club, fitness and pool good for children and there are enough sunbeds.

The location is very remote, there is nothing around it. No other supermarkts or restaurants. The check out has to be at 10 a.m. - this is way too early. And there is no tolerance even when you arrived late. We were still waking up around 10 and the staff was already banging at the door to get us out and get the bed sheets. The Mini Market was almost empty, no much variety or food.

    9UnknownPosted on: 7-3-2023

All staff members were exceptionally helpful and friendly, all spoke decent English. There’s plenty of things to do on the property, but even if you get bored the center of Rome is just 30-40 minutes away.

Nothing in particular. The facilities don’t have kettles though and it was a bit dirty. But nothing too horrible.

    8PablopenalozaPosted on: 6-29-2023

Lots of activities and lots of people staying, nice to make some new friends. The show at night close to the restaurant was enjoyable mostly by the kids.

The first cabin was infested with spiders, so we had to move. At the restaurant, the food took over an hour to get to our table. The road to get there is bumpy and narrow except for the last part.

    10KübraPosted on: 6-25-2023

The facility staff and facilities were excellent. We were especially pleased that they came to our aid in every way possible. Normally we were planning to stay for one night, we extended our holiday and stayed for two nights.
