Best Western Park Hotel Roma Nord

The Breakfast was good, the facilities were good and the location to my family was good.I liked that they removed the breakfast charges because of the room.

The room, the bed and the shower and available appliances like an Iron or tissues.The bed was so rough it was better sleeping on the floor and not have the springs stabbing us in our backs. The Shower head was so close to the walll that you couldn't get under the shower and it would flood and soak the floor.With the air on cool you still couldn't get the room to cool down and the wasn't very hot outside and we had the window opened to try and cool the room.

It was okay for a one day stay.

The room is large, also the bathroom. The morning staff was nice. As Wifi did not work I was offered a free breakfast.

Late evening parking was a problem, there was no place to leave the car. No help from the night staff/reception person. Wifi was not working. Minibar is on the room, but no content except water. Shower is very spacious but the actual shower is an old fashioned shower head.

Great location, ideal for arriving from the airport. The room was very comfortable, and we received a nice surprise - complimentary breakfast

All was fine with the exception of the Wi-Fi, which is super slow or doesn't really work in certain rooms. we had two rooms, it worked in one but not in the other.

The location is good as stop close to FCO airport.We stayed in a renovated room that was very nice.The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The property is quite old and the public areas are quite basic.The location is good as a stop close to Rome, but nothing much to do in the area.

Everything. I love this hotel and have stayed many times before (and will again). The breakfast is superb and the people who serve it are kind and efficient, the hotel grounds are beautiful, there are 4 places to charge e-cars (rapidly), the rooms are huge and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. There is nothing not to like, and the price is excellent.

Breakfast is excellent. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh pastries, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and fruits, all replenished promptly. Hot beverages, including coffee and tea, are readily available, and the serving area is kept clean and well-organized. Beyond breakfast, rooms are notably spacious, feature tasteful decor, and are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Both reception staff and dinner restaurant staff are friendly, helpful, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

The dinner offerings at Best Western Fiano Romano are well-prepared and offer good variety, including a set menu option. However, the prices tend to be higher than comparable restaurants in the surrounding area, and the overall quality, while generally good, does not fully justify the cost. Given that this hotel primarily caters to business travelers, the variety and convenience of the on-site dinner menu may still prove beneficial, especially for guests with limited time.

The hotel is well situated with ready access to the autostrade. It is very quiet. Charging for 4 electric cars on the property, and very dog friendly. The rooms are massive with great bathrooms, and the breakfast superb. It is exactly the hotel that I need for my overnight stays and to round it all off, the price is very reasonable. Bravo!

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere.The location was also perfect, especially for my work trip, as it’s conveniently close to the Roma Nord exit. If you’re in the area for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff's service was exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect for travelers with a car, with easy access to major roads and plenty of secure parking available. I was also pleased to find EV charging stations available, which made it incredibly convenient for my hybrid vehicle. Highly recommend!

Don’t stay in Room 47! This is my 4 th stay at this hotel and all of my other rooms were great. This is a terribly designed room. No plug in the bathroom, an old style useless hair dryer on the wall ( luckily I travel with my own), a weird poorly lit space when you walk in the door with a table and chair and a kettle but no outlet to plug the kettle in!! Instead the only place to plug it in is on the floor opposite the bed. The actual room with the bed is smaller than all the others I’ve stayed in here, the bathroom is probably half the size of other rooms here. Such a shame and such bad planning for a room.

The sofa bed for the children was tiny - way too small for both of them together. 2 small kids, 5 and 3 yo. I asked the reception for a bigger bed for the kids, and they couldn't care less - they didnt help.the staff doesn't care and not helpful

Beautifully appointed hotel, with marble bathrooms and entrance halls that I'd be pleased to have in my own home. Very, very spacious rooms, with tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely garden and beautiful pool. Furthermore, the best breakfast I've ever seen in an Italian hotel with delicious home made cakes, and savoury options to boot. Dog friendly. Good WiFi. Charging posts for E-cars.

The water pressure in my (top-floor) room was rather low so I couldn't take advantage of the side jets in the shower.

The Hotel is very close to the A1 motorway and therefore also ideal for a stop. The staff was very kind. They waited until late for us so that we could enjoy an excellent dinner at the restaurant. They were also very friendly to our little boxer Asia who was very welcomed and also enjoyed the stay :-) The pool looks nice but we did not have time for a little swimming. We will surely stop here again at the next drive through Italy.
