Hotel Relax Roma Nord

Pet friendly. I was traveling with 2 dogs. The employees at the desk were really nice. Also the woman in the breakfast.

Stuff is very kind and helpful. Room is super clean and comfortable.

Samuele the receptionist went out of his way to provide an excellent stay and was extremely helpful to us. The breakfast was very good and staff friendly. The room was very large and very clean. Location good and parking on site.

The shower made a loud noise when water was running. Probably a small maintenance task. Other than that really nothing negative .

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the large-screen TV was a nice touch. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere. The location was also perfect, especially for my work trip, as it’s conveniently close to the Roma Nord exit. If you’re in the area for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice.

The silence, the staff amability, the breakfast.

The wi-fi did not work in my room. It was disconnecting all the time.

The service in the hotel was of a high standard. The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and the room service was very thorough. I recommend!

Excellent room, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Noisy air conditioning

Facility was super clean and near to the highway, which was a plus for us. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast was well organized, the breakfast room super clean and quiet, good products offered. Overall it was a very good stay.

All good, nothing to report here.

The receptionist was really nice and the hotel inside was well built and beautiful. The rooms were also really comfortable and beautiful. Bathroom was quite spacious and the breakfast was really really good. the were many options to choose and the price was included into the room price. we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it and come back again.

The hotel is close to the motorway on the way from Rome to Florence. The staff at reception was very nice.

The bathroom is not well cleaned. The room needs to be refurbished. Breakfast was rather terrible. This is not a 4 star hotel, providing shower gel and a shower cap doesn't really justify the 2 extra stars.

Easy to find - just off the A1 in Roma Nord.Clean and quiet.Comfortable bed

We were surprised to find that our dog was not welcome in the breakfast room - despite this being a 'pet-friendly' hotel

Disappointed

Poor renovation - over old carpet they put very cheap parquet. Bed are very very hardToo much dirty in the corners

Friendly staff

The warmness and care of staff

The cold and dim room lighting doesn't fit my personal preferences

The staff was very attentive and nice. Bathroom very nice.

Everything except ventilation was very good.

Problems with ventilation in the room, it didn’t work and it was stuffy.

Very kind personal: Sauveli and Adriz

The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

location and staff

Very close to highway, perfect for a stop
