Hampton by Hilton Rome North Fiano Romano

The property was nice and big with helpful staff with all your needs exspecially when we needed to find out how to get to Rome and how to use the train stations. Room were very cozy and comfortable while we were there.

The shower leaked out due to shower head and we slipped a few times and almost hurt ourselves. The property was further out then we planned which made it a little harder to get into the city.

Nice, clean hotelI stayed here with my family while we visited Roma.

Very good hotel outside of Rome perfect for spend the night if you land late and plan to drive to Tuscany and northern part of Italy

It’s a straightforward chain hotel that consistently delivers a reliable room style and service—exactly what you expect from a reputable brand. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a spacious parking area complete with electric car charging stations—a real plus for travelers on the go. Its prime location near the A1 highway makes it an ideal choice for a quiet, short stopover.

There’s plenty to commend here—especially the cleanliness, convenient location, and reliable service—but there are areas for improvement. For dinner, I found the meal overpriced—€20 for a simple margherita pinsa and a soda. The included breakfast was also disappointing, offering limited options such as poor scrambled eggs, only two varieties of crostata, and no table service for coffee. I’ve since been contacted by management, and I appreciate their genuine effort to address these concerns. Their outreach and willingness to improve the breakfast experience—and overall guest service—give me hope for a better experience in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfectly located next to the motorway, ideal for a quick stop-over. Super tidy and spotlessly clean. Wonderfully comfortable box spring beds. Happily again anytime!

I’m so grateful we found this hotel. Nothing in the area was as modernly renovated, clean and comfortable as thr Hampton by Hilton. The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Also, if you have a car it’s super convenient to get around. Highly recommend!

The room and the facilities were good. The location is an hour away from the city center, but we selected it consdered our plans to drive to places other than the city center.

The hotel is in the middle of the road so we had a very soft and comfortable stop. The hotel is designed in a modern way, we got a large and very clean super king room. The bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast is nice and sufficient! I celebrated my birthday and the staff treated me to an aperitif. all due respect.

Location is close to highway and it is perfect if you stop for one night or so. Place is silent and comfortable.

The location is a bit too far from Rome, but we knew it so no surprises.

it was available on short notice (i like the chain and stayed in it several times), this hotel is bellow your standard

sheets had stain and mattress not very comfortable.There were ants on the bedroom table.Dinner was very bad all of the dishes ordered (and I paid the same prices for a Gourmet restaurant in Rome), steak was the worst, thin as a sheet of paper and overcooked to a point of a shoo sole, Hamburger not much better.

"I've traveled extensively to Hilton Hampton hotels across Europe, but here, the hotel could use some refreshment. The view from the window to the dumpsters and the breakfast running out, or when the breakfast attendants start cleaning up an hour early, unfortunately, doesn't invite me back."

The breakfast selection is wide and varied, all good quality.Location is perfect because you can reach Rome in 20 minutes.Staff is very helpful and accommodating any need as much as possible.
