Villa Jade Etretat

Everything! The atmosphere was calm and cozy, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the bed was honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in — pure perfection!

Breakfast location was off site. It was described as Superior Comfort double room but it was very small. while the parking was free, be prepared for offsite parking with a 15 min walk. Check- in time is not flexible. There is one staff person who does more of the service.

Although the room was small, it was very comfortable and well equipped with coffee machine, water kettle, shampoo, etc. The room was also quite clean. I didn't mind this but do note that there is no elevator.

The free parking is about 10 minute walk away but unforntately, I wasn't informed about this until 2 hours before check-in. This is despite me reaching out a day earlier inquiring about the free parking.

A new renovated hotel in a historic building. The room was nice, comfortable and quiet. There were no elevator and our room was on the 2d floor (3d counting from ground), but we left our suitcases there at 1pm because we arrived early and check-in was only at 4pm. When we arrived in the evening, it turned out the hotel keeper took our bags to our room, which was nice, because the stairs is narrow and steep as in any old building. Their parking is around 10 min walk from the hotel, but we were able to park our car at 1pm when we arrived, before the check-in time. I didn't find it difficult to walk there, it's a flat surface and easy walk. If you have heavy bags, I'd recommend to drive to the hotel and drop/pickup your bags quickly. Walking with bags to the parking might be difficult. There are some paid parking spaces on the nearby streets, but they might be occupied. You can just stop by the hotel and drop your bags quickly, the streets are super narrow but the traffic is not very active, you will have a couple of min for that.The location is excellent, close to everything.We didn't take breakfasts, but you might consider this option, because many restaurants in Etretat open late and they looked overprices even comparing to Paris. At the end of our trip we found a very cool coffee shop PANI PITT which had very good prices, excellent coffee and breakfast options including omelette. I highly recommend it, my advice will spare you a lot of time in the morning, believe me :)

Staff is very friendly & helpful with quick response time to messages. Clean. Nice decor. Water, coffee, tea, & Wifi included in room. Double room is small, but more than adequate for a short stay.Parking is included, but be aware that it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Narrow, winding staircase to room but staff helped carry our large/heavy suitcase upstairs. Not ideal for anymore with mobility issues. Cute, comfortable sitting rooms on top floor for anyone to enjoy. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. within a short walk.

Very nice hotel, and lovely furniture! I felt really comfortable, great breakfast and very friendly staff!

hotel right in the city center. very nice owner, helped to solve all the issues that arose very quickly. wonderful breakfast from village products.

the parking is quite far from the hotel, which you are warned about at the very last moment. breakfast is also not in the hotel building, but about 5-10 minutes walk. if not for these surprises, everything would be great.

The staff was helpful. They helped us carry our luggage up to our room and down when we checked out. Parking was included in the stay. This is a bonus in Etretat where parking is rather expensive. It was nearly a 10 minute walk but quite worth it. The location of the hotel was excellent - within walking distance of the Alabaster beach and restaurants. Across the street is a nice boulangerie where we had our breakfasts

The room was a bit smaller than we expected but this is not a serious problem for a two-night stay

We really really loved how closeby the sea was, how clean and new the place looked, how nice and kind the owners were and how amazing the breakfast was, loved the salon and that all the coffe shops, bulangeries, restaurants were there to enjoy in 1-2 minutes, the place was not noisy and it was very clean. We were a family with 4 kids (12y,11y,2y, and 9months) 4 adults and 1 puppy and it is as hard to travel together as it seems but this place and the wonderfull host helped us in every way possible.

The location was convenient. The room was clean. The host was pleasant.
