Well located, clean and kind staff

The room we had were a bit small and not very lit

Great location!! Staff was so nice and helpful!

No elevator. Had to drag our 50 lb bags up to second floor. So just be prepared for this!

Rooms a tiny bit dated but quite unique

Location was good but Etretat itself is a tiny place, so all accomodations are within 5 min walk to the beach.

Price/performace , pricey. Nothing is included. We had 1 face towel for 2 person. We checked in as per their rules at 15:00 and checked-out early, around 9:30 a.m. Nobody was there so we couldnt inform them about us leaving the car at their parking until 12:30 (which we paid 25 euros) When we were back, there was a note on the car telling that they have a garden work and we need to take the car at 11:00a.m. obviously the parking is not being a garden,this was very rude. Generally we noticed that people were rude.

Room was ok in the end. Enjoyed the local area.

Staff - from the minute we arrived not at all helpful or friendly. Had to pay the bill in full before we had even checked in, wasnt allowed to bring car in until I had paid, even though my purse was in the car! We didnt realise room would be across the road in the annex (this was not what I had booked)Location on a cross roads not great with traffic noise.No access to spa facilities.Had to walk back over for breakfast.Had to walk back over for milk for the room, again unfriendly staff.

Beautiful historic building in Etretat that is very well maintained by an excellent staff. Close to bus stop and gorgeous beaches/cliffs - short walk either way. Upon checking in Gloria recognized I walk with cane and recommended moving us to ground floor unit with no additional charge and without being asked- very kind host . Would recommend breakfast in hotel as it was excellent and convenient as opposed to going into town . Had a delicious lunch at restaurant Le Bel Ami in town (4.5/5 rating Trip Advisor). Osso Buco was excellent and service quick and friendly.

The breakfast was good, especially the local products – cheeses and sausages. The room was clean and cozy.

I didn’t like that there is construction nearby, and it is noisy sometimes

Staff were super friendly and could not have been more helpful. little disappointed that you had to pay extra for the ‘French bath’ so we didn’t use our free half hour in the sauna.Breakfast was lovely and my husband was able to get more than enough gluten free bread.

Great location, nice building and walking distance to everything in Etretat, you get 30 mins access per day to the spa (hammam, sauna) with your reservation. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming (with only one small negative experience). Our room was very small but well equipped, it was well heated and with shutters which meant the room was super dark at night. Shower was great! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t say anything about that. Parking is 19 eur a day on site - but be warned, the car park is a bit of a squeeze! Overall, a good stay but some room for improvement, especially in the double room we booked!

While the place was generally clean we felt that some things (towel rail, towels) could have been a bit cleaner. The noise isolation was not great in our room either - you could hear everyone coming up and down the stairs, toilets and showers in other rooms etc (pack earplugs!) Maybe it’s a small thing but we also felt that one staff member was a bit unprofessional by banging on the door to our room quite aggressively instead of dealing with a bill issue at the reception desk, to rectify a mistake made by his colleague. The pillows were also not great in our opinion. TV only had basic channels and the radiator was super hard to figure out, which meant that we really overheated our first night. Maybe some basic instructions could have been helpful as the one in our room did not seem to comply!

Location was excellent. It was good to have parking on the premises.

The space was not optimized. There was no usable desk. The lighting in the room was dark.

Reception was friendly; staff spoke English. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel located in nice old style French building. It located in quite place but just 5-6 minutes walk from Étretat beach, so location is great. Hotel has its own parking for 19 euro per night which is OK for such place like Étretat where it is not easy not find a parking place for your car even on paid parkings.Hotel and room was good and clean, breakfast was great! You can have complimentary hamam and sauna for 30 minutes, just book an applicable timeslot for you during check-in.Don't forget to enjoy sunset in Étretat on the beach! :)

Only the price is higher that average but it's worth it :)

Beautiful comfortable rooms in a wonderful villa, great location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The reserved parking where otherwise it’s very hard to find a parking spot is a plus too.

Family room (top floor)was beautiful, though warm in summer because of lack of air conditioning. Location excellent. Short walk to beach and restaurants.

No airco. Breakfast was ok but not special.

The rooms are cosy and spacious. There is coffee and tea in the rooms. The staff is very friendly. The location is very centric to all the amenities and the cliffs.

It would be very helpful if the instructions on the old hotel where we tried to get in initially and messages were also available in English.
