Hotel Le Rayon Vert

Great location in super cute town and lovely staff.

Parking is a zoo - no hotel spaces. Paid lots 10-15 minute walk away, and 23 hour max on meters so you have to renew tickets each day.

The view was very very good. The bath tub was greatThe front desk brought me tea on the patio.

The hotel is right in front of the beach with amazing views of the ocean and the cliff. The staff was very professional and attentive to our special requests. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Just a beautiful hotel, we would definitely go back ♥️

Perfect water-front location. Charming. Respective of local history and the environment.Super friendly and English-speaking staff. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated.The staff upgraded me to an ocean-facing room. :)

Nothing I didn't like.

Good location. Good sound insulation.

Upon arrival, there was only one receptionist available, and we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes to check in. While we understand that delays can happen, this wait was quite inconvenient after a long journey.Additionally, we were disappointed that the receptionist read our surname in a way that felt unprofessional and disrespectful. We believe all guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, and this experience did not meet the standard we expected from the hotel.

The location and view was fantastic. The room was clean and pretty.

Third floor and no elevator made it difficult with luggage

Loved the shabby chic vibe at this hotel right in the center of awesome Etretat! So quiet, helpful staff, great coffee! Very basic and turn of the century 1900s look but … Loved it!

Our room had the balcony and the view of the ocean and it was GORGEOUS. We loved the activity of the people on the beach below us for it was SO FRENCH to us.

We don't think anything could have been better. We had such a wonderful time and fell in love both with the hotel and with Etretat in general that we actually had previously planned to stay just one day and we ended up staying TWO! Thank you!

Nice location, friendly staff and good breakfast.

No air conditioning, very hot in a summer. No elevator need to carry suitcases by person.

Staff was extremely supportive of our very late arrival due to car issues. They really tried hard to work with us through language barriers (finding a member of staff who spoke English later in the evening due to our terrible French). The room was one of the smaller ones on the top floor but it was very nice, clean, comfortable and the view out the window was fantastic! Slept very well with the window open all night.

The beach is just in front of the door. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly

- Location - although Etretat is small, it is still nice to be so close to the beach- The staff was nice, smiling and helpful (ladies in the reception and the people dealing with the rooms)- Kettle in the room and a capsule coffee machine in a common area- Double pillows- Clean- Luggage storage- Village view was nice

- Stairs might be discomfortable for some people, for us it was all OK- The furniture did not have the "new" look but, again, it was all OK

Very close to everything! Great spot to have a home base. It was easy to walk around the town and along the beach and cliffs, and still stop by the hotel if I needed a quick break. I wish I had sprung for a sea facing room because Etretat is absolutely beautiful! Loved my room city view though, and the room is very cozy. They keep a kettle in there which is a nice touch.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, the first line from the beach, so the main view points are easily accessible. The staff was nice and friendly. But it is an old house and you hear everything that is happening in the other rooms. And we had very active neighbors. By the sounds they made, it felt like they were moving furniture the whole night. We didn't have a good rest as a result.

Furniture and all staff at bathroom are extremely old. Jacuzzi was self starting when you are sitting in the room (outside bathroom) ;)))
