Welcoming staff

Very poor isolation, could hear noisy neighbors, too small rooms, not clean, some broken appliances

Bed was comfortable. Staff was super helpful and nice.

Bathroom was very small and cramped.

It was really bad, there was no security. At 12:00, I tried to turn off the light and saw someone close to my window trying to stare me. It was really scary.I don't recommend this hotel, 0/10

Reception unable to find our booking from booking .com. A bit worrying. Someone tried opening the caben door at 2 am while making a racket. Also a bit worrying. Other guests shouting and screaming until early hours. Annoying. The place could do or could benefit from proper security.

- not quite what we expected- room with wc/toilet is very small and for little people- first given room was not cleaned and door was open- there was one blanket and towel missing in second room

Bad

No security. Too much construction works. Anyone can pass your room door. Bed is horrible. They gave us two small bed and made it double. Its very difficult to sleep for two person. Very small room.

I like the environment, it’s calm and the staffs were nice and understanding, even though I stayed a little bit late than my time of departure

The bathroom / toilet is just way too small and cramped. There's barely any room to move around, and nowhere to place your toiletries. Also, they can at least place a mug or glass in the room for drinking water, even if it's a paper cup.

The location was convenient. The shower was powerful and hot.

Overpriced. No Wi-Fi. No air conditioning. On ground floor, window had no security features so opening it was not safe, even though the room was hot. Pillows in supporting.

Cheap hotel

Broken window at room 73. Reported it but had to sleep as no other room available

Be aware, no a/c in the rooms, which are more or less airless. Bad light as well, and very small.

The rooms are basic. Clean and functional. Breakfast was OK. Easy to access and included in the room rate. Ideal

We arrived friday at 00:00 so when going to the reception, i pushed the door to go inside the reception and i was welcomed by the receptionist with " couldn't you knock before coming in?! " because mr. Receptionist was too busy flirting with a girl during his job.Acting like i entered his bedroom and not the hotel's reception. The receptionist didn't speek English and couldn't bother to show any hospitality. The rooms could've been much cleaner.

Friendly staff

The Room and bed sheets smell like tabacco smoke. Horrible. The fire alarm rang in the middle of the night maybe because other tenant smoked in their own room...

The big hit were the beds. Very comfortable! Check-in staff was super friendly, although it was a bit rough for him to understand our names. (We were a large group and had several rooms). But they always had a smile on their face:-) It was a tiny room, but we knew to expect that. It definitely met our expectation considering the price we paid.

Most of the rooms smelled like smoke. Also, we had called the hotel several days before to ask a question. The website says that both French and English is spoken. But the day we called no one spoke English and we tried with broken French to communicate, but they did hang up on us the first time.
