Hotel San Michele

I like the hotel and the location.

They charged me 30€, for breakfast, eventhough i told the reception lady that i will need brakefast ( the price of booking had a 15€, difference.

The hotel style and decoration is a nice Italian style, stylish but at the same time comfortable and beautiful and relaxing. Th e reception staff was extremely puctual and serviceminded. The breakfast was excellent.

Location was a short stroll to the shopping area. It was just across the street from a great beach location, Bagni Lido. Close off the highway. Very eclectic decorations, great vibe. Check out the beating black heart. Hotel arranged a massage from a very competent masseuse.

The breakfast was decent. The grounds are very nice.

There bar area was below our room and the smoking of cigars wafted into our room.

The service was excellent and the grounds beautiful! So close to everything too! Ipra, Ana, and Akram we're so very helpful, courteous and kind making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The bathroom could use some updating. We did not enjoy the street noise. I should have chosen a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool with a view of the ocean as well. I'm sure that side was more quiet. The renovations that were happening around us were noisy at times too with the drilling and hammering.

Such a lovely little hotel with attention to detail. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, kind personel and a super location, the beach and lungomare is just across the street.

Great location. Great room. Wonderful views. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. And a fantastic restaurant.

The bed/mattress could be more comfortable. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful hotel, great location, private parking, sea view, dog friendly. What a gem we found on our way through Europe! It was just 1 night stay, but we will definitely consider another visit. The hotel is super dog friendly - there was a dog bed and a bowl waiting of us in the room. The room was spacious enough to fit 2 adults, a dog and our luggage and still have planty of space to move around. Small balcony provided us a nice view over the sea on a wonderful sunny morning.

facilities are nice, staff was super helpful, breakfast was really good. location is amazing, very close to the beach. the town is beautiful and charming.

I was welcomed with a personal note in my bedroom, which was very clean and comfortable, with fridge, electric kettle and AC/heater I can control (it had previously been warmed up for my arrival, very kind!). Secured parking for my motorcycle for half the price of cars, not full fare like many other hotels. Very friendly staff. Perfect location to walk and explore. Being out of season, I thank the hotel for being open, when most are closed. As a world traveller in my motorcycle, Hotel San Michele became one if my favourites!

The staff here is truly exceptional, providing the warmest of welcomes and a gracious check-out experience. Service in the restaurant and at breakfast – remarkably impressive for Italy – was impeccable and elegant. I slept incredibly well, lulled by the sound of the waves just outside. The charming, tranquil garden was a delight, and even on a rainy day, everything seemed thoughtfully tailored for comfort and enjoyment.A special thank you to the kind lady at reception who conversed in German with my dear mother, and to Ibrah, who served us with both refinement and subtlety in the restaurant and at breakfast. The owners clearly have a talent for selecting outstanding staff.P.S. Though it may be a rarity, I am always pleased to find hotels that feel akin to strolling through an art gallery. Those responsible for this hotel’s decor possess an exquisite taste.

There are always minor details one might find room to improve, but why dwell on them when everything else was so superb that it feels almost improper to mention the few trivial downsides?

Very friendly staff, exceptional delicious breakfast. We had a family room with one bathroom and garden & sea view which was beautiful. The pool was open and was very clean. Great location close by the sea.

Unfortunately one night was quite loud because of noisy neighbours, not a fault of the hotel. The windows were shuttering because of stormy weather what could be solved with new windows.

Location. Friendly staff.

Room was very small. Not comfortable. There wasn’t a proper curtain and we had a sea facing room so although there was a heavy net like curtain you could see through at night from the outside with the light on.

Clean and tidy, located near the beach. There is pool and lovely area around it. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Room is spacious and well equipped. Bar has reasonable prices, quality and selection
