- The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous during our stay. They helped to accommodate all of our requests and were always so kind. The hotel is also situated perfectly in the center of Canazei and offered free parking on site; it’s limited but we never had any issues with finding space. Really a great find and a wonderful stay!
- Amazing location, 5 min from the cable car. A bit cramped parking, but we had no issues finding a spot (in September). There is also a bike\ski room. Breakfest was good, but coffee was served separately (needed to ask).

Too noisy early in the morning! Vacuum cleaners start working at 8am.

Expensive for what it was.... poor value for money. The room stank of stale tabacco smoke. Horrid.
Very close to the center of town.
No elevator to the rooms. Parking is limited and requires leaving the key with reception. There is a step between the room and the bathroom. Staff was not very friendly.
