Our stay at this hotel in the heart of the Dolomites was truly exceptional! From the warm welcome and smooth check-in to the spotless, cozy room — everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality options served in a welcoming atmosphere. The private, secure parking was a great bonus. We would gladly return!

It was an amazing experience, the staff was all very nice and very very helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was also really good. The location was top notch still close to everywhere but not congested and too filled with people.

That the spa area was closed so early.

Excellent room and facilities, couldn’t expect a more professional and friendlier staff. Amazing breakfast and helpful local recommendations. Good location to explore much of the beautiful Dolomites. Would absolutely stay again!

Nothing I didn’t like.

Lovely people, welcoming, the food is varied, delicious and fresh. I liked the design of the place and the family atmosphere. Close to skiing and a good restaurant

Super clean, newly renovated, friendly staff, a la carte egg menu, freshly squeezed apple, carrot and ginger juice or just freshly squeezed red orange juice, home made cookies for breakfast

Night curtains to block the night street lights would help. No bathrobe for spa.

Good facilitices. Especially the the Sauna/wellness area. And great customer service from all there staff.Short point list-intererior-breakfast was nice for me atleast-Staff-Grocery store close by-Wellness/Sauna center-reception and a chill zone area there.

They need to update the address on Google maps. Since its off by not a lot but a significant amount. Since your 100-200m off i believe. Oh and the Wellness/sauna center i wish it was open 1hour longer in the evening. But that's a none issue really.

Comfortable room, spa was fantastic, location is great, breakfast was fantastic

Loved the spacious room (Bella Vista) with skylights, balcony and kitchenette. After hiking and via ferrata, the spa was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Every morning, we enjoyed a huge healthy breakfast, with delicious eggs, fresh veggies and fruits, extensive yogurt bar, wonderful baked goods and more. The hotel owners and staff were also kind and helpful.

A fan in the room during summer would be nice.

The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. The balcony was nice and once the door was closed it kept out most of the traffic noise. The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. The breakfast staff were very accommodating to my gluten intolerance and remembered me every morning. There is not air conditioning but we didn’t need it. The location was perfect for bike riding some of the Giro d’Italia stages and hiking. We would return it’s worth the price.

Everything . The location , the friendliness of the staff , the cleanliness . The breakfast was amazing , freshly cooked eggs , cereals , cold meats / cheese and homemade cakes . It was lovely to relax in the spa after a hard day walking .

We liked everything about the Fedaya Joy B&B, everything was alright, but the spa and the breakfast were amazing. Check-in was fast, room spatious and a balcony with a nice view.

Windows were situated towards the street with some traffic, however it was sound-proof so not a big deal.

We really like the quality of the hotel, coziness and comfort. We appreciated the bike storage room and we enjoyed the wellness area. Breakfast was tasty and all the staff treated us nicely.

The wellness area should be no-clothes. We were really surprised that some people entered saunas in swimming suits, flip-flops or even with mobile phones and headphones.

I was delighted to have my room upgraded to a larger one, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were exceptionally communicative and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. Parking has enough spase

Our hosts were incredibly hospitable and attentive! From the family running the business, to the nice lady who took care of ensuring everything was clean and tidy. I requested a quieter room and they made everything possible to accommodate my ask. The breakfast was outstanding, with sufficient variation for anyone's taste before hitting the slopes. The icing on the cake was the spa area, which was tastefully designed and offered a cozy, home-like atmosphere.

The only little drawback was the persistent smell in the bathroom due to insufficient ventilation.

Our room, as well as the entire hotel building, was impeccably clean, charming, and beautiful. I was impressed by the comfort; I seldom feel at ease in hotels, but here, the use of wood and numerous small details conveyed a sense of affection towards this place. Now, onto the specifics.Our room was a corner double with access to the balcony. It featured a table, a mirror, a cozy bed, and a convenient wardrobe. There were plenty (!!!) of power outlets, strategically placed near the bed and the table, providing more than sufficient charging options for our IT equipment.The hotel boasted a health center with a sauna, turkish bath, and jacuzzi. There was a spacious relaxation area between sessions, offering delightful herbal tea and soothing classical music.Guest parking was complimentary. Breakfasts were delightful, offering both sweet options with homemade pastries and fruit slices, as well as savory choices including salmon, cheeses, and delicious sliced prosciutto. Freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked to perfection according to individual preferences were also provided.The breakfast coffee was made from freshly ground beans, with the option to prepare a delicious cappuccino at the touch of a button using a machine (I'm unsure of its specific name). The foam was of excellent quality! The hotel's location was superb, with a river and a scenic promenade leading to Canazei on one side. Within a 5-minute walk, there were three restaurants offering reasonably priced meals (advance table reservations recommended), and the ski lifts to two different peaks were just a leisurely 10-minute walk away with skis.The room also featured a thoughtful space for drying skis and boots. The sound insulation was excellent; despite staying for three days, we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms, even when encountering other guests in the lobby.Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take normal photos of everything I liked.

We dried a lot of towels and things (washing socks, towels after the sauna, etc.), and the room became damp. Not much, but this is the only thing that can somehow be written down in the “didn’t like” category. Aired every morning, say hello to fresh air :)

Food was great, cleaniness. Good Ski room. Good parking.

Rooms are on the edge of beinng too small. Wellness center was cold, has cameras and whirlpool was not working... Distance by foot to cablecar is 8min walking.
