Breakfast was good, dinners as well, even though I would have differentiated more (like offer seafood and meat pasta on the same day, rather than offering 2 different kind of meat pastas on the same day and 2 fish pastas the next day).

The size of the room was a little bit small for 3 adults with all the luggages and gears to ski. Pillows were pretty low, some may like it, others may not appreciate that.

The staff are professional and friendly, the location is a short 10 minute walk from the ski lift so nice and easy

This hotel exudes olde-world charm. Some would say it is dated and needs upgrading but I loved it the way it was. The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced in all my years travelling. Nothing is too much trouble. This is a main reason why I would return here in a heartbeat. The hotel conveniently offers breakfast and dinner, both of which are ample and varied and delicious. The hotel is in Alba, a 10 minute walk from Canazei and the ski lifts are close by, reached by a very pretty walk you can access behind the hotel. We arrived by bus and the bus stop is just across the road from the hotel. We just loved this place. The friendly atmosphere made it a wonderful stay. And I haven’t even mentioned the stunnnnning scenery!!!

WiFi was a little sketchy in our room. Needed to move into the reception area to access it.

Location is pefect. Walking distance (50m) to the Bus. 1 min drive to ski lift. The breakfast and the dinner were awsomely good, also vines suggested were perfect. The personnel is very friendly and helpful all times.

Great location for skiing and easy to get to bus for Belvedere lift. Half board made life easier but not the greatest breakfast and dinners though were good enough. Great value all things considered and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Hotel is in a walking distance from a center of Canezei, free parking in front of hotel. We really liked halfboard - tasty and wide variety of meals. Room was clean and well maintained by a room service. Staff was amazing - I'm gratefull they found a lost cap of my son! :-)

There are some negative reviews about a small rooms etc. ... we've spent vast majority of time hiking and spend some time in a lobby, so not a big deal the rooms are small - good enough to stay over the night.

The food was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very cold and the bathroom not so clean, very small, it s hard to take a shower cuz the shower cabin is very small, the sink leaking and the ceiling was leaking too, and the most unpleasant thing was that it was a mold smell.

Close to bus stops, very nice breakfasts and dinners, great variety of food to choose from, skiroom was nice, plenty of space to park. Overall wonderful location.

Breakfast was tasty, range of choice between eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, breads, some vegetable, fruit. Also sweet breakfast as croissants, jam. The dinner was quite tasty, just pity that almost everything was nearly cold.

Small rooms, all hotel would need a bit of renovation.First day, when I was taking a shower, the shower door fell out at the time when I was closing it. Also, the toilet seat was moving and not tightened tightly.

The personnel is very friendly and helpful all times, also the bufet type breakfast and dinner are great. Hotel is nicely located in the walking distance from both Alba and Canazei. Skibuss station is just accross the street, Ski Room nicely solved. The Restaurant/bar/lobby is very nice and free wifi works well there(do not expect the same in the rooms though). Bar Prices as expected, not high. Beds were comfortable. Free parking in front of the hotel. Looks like a perfect starting point for skiing in Ciampach/Sella. Rooms have alll needed and are not too small.

I guess it depends on the room you get, however there were occasional issues with heating, either not working or working very loudly(weird sounds), minor issues with bath/toilette water leakage, looks like the hotel deserves re-fit soon or at least a diligent serviceman. (but on the otherside that would mean price increase...). I Recommend to close window shutters nightly as there is too much light and noise from the street all night, this can also partially resolve heating issues. To summarize, do not expect the golden taps and gigabit wifi in each room for this price, personnel tries to mitigate issues at their best. Overall me and my family were really happy.

The breakfast and the dinner were exceptional, great food, from parmegianno, to grilled fish, gorgonzola tiramisu, everything you wished from an italian restaurant!! The lobby was very nice, also the stuff super friendly.

THE HOTEL AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT. IF WE CONSIDER THE PRICES OF OTHER HOTELS CLOSE TO THIS ONE, IT CANNOT BE COMPARABLE.DINNER IS GOOD AND YOU CAN SSE THE EFFORTS THEY PUT TO SATISFY YOUR REQUESTS.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WE HAVE BEEN THERE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, WE GOT ROOM 201. WE DON'T KNOW ALL THE ROOMS, BUT FOR SURE THIS WAS THE SMALLEST IN THE HOTEL.IT WAS A SINGLE ROOM ADJUSTED FOR A DOUBLE BEDROOM WHICH RESULTED IN AN IMPRACTICABLE ROOM WITHOUT SPACE.IF THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME, I DOUBT I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN.SUGGESTION: PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER WHO COME NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND TRY TO GIVE TO ALL THE PEOPLE A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY.

The hotel have a very nice position, near to the main street (with excelent mountins view) and there are many parking places. The breakfeast and dinner were quite good, friendly staff at the restaurant.

The rooms in the back are near to the river and the windows doean't quite isolate the noise. Also, the bed was not very confortable.
