    • Good location and park for motorbike. Nice balcony. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
    • We went on ski trip… we could walk a short distance to the lift everyday and at the end of the be short walk from the trail to the hotel. Incredibly easy location for a ski holiday. They have saunas and hot tubs for end of day recovery and I found the food to be incredible with a lot of choices daily. We did the half board and highly recommend. There is a nice lounge for drinks as well which was really nice. This was topped off with just incredible personal through out who were so helpful even with though I spoke no Italian .
    • Location and staff. Also very clean

    Cons -

    • Not a think I disliked… would happily go back!
    • All the brown rolls had been eaten when I went down to breakfast !!!
    • The walls were thin so you could hear people out in the hallway. The beds and pillows were pretty firm but that's on par for Italy.

The Bellevue had a wide variety of food at all meals which catered well to different tastes in our family. Elizabetta & her team of waiters were exceptional, especially as I was on crutches. Their care & kindness was appreciated greatly. Tatiana kept our room immaculately & cleaned whilst I ate breakfast ,as I was mostly room based. On reception was Renato who spoke good English & was always so helpful & friendly. His kindness & personal attention to detail was exceptional. Our only sadness was that we were unable to say goodbye as he had not come on duty yet (following all night duty)We liked the traditional ambience , the proximity to lifts & shops & bars. Husband & son loved the ski ing as well as everything about the hotel.

All the brown rolls had been eaten when I went down to breakfast !!!

The location was nice. And we enjoyed the sauna/hot tub. Rooms were decent sized, as was the bathroom

The walls were thin so you could hear people out in the hallway. The beds and pillows were pretty firm but that's on par for Italy.

Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Balcony was also nice.

The main parking area is quite cramped, and the additional parking is about 200 meters away. Still a bit overpriced for what you get.

Hotel Bellevue's location in Canazei was excellent, serving as a convenient base for exploring various points of interest in the Dolomites. The area surrounding the hotel was beautiful, offering picturesque views of the mountains. The hotel-owned free garage, despite its limitations, was a helpful amenity given the general scarcity of parking in the area.

Our experience at Hotel Bellevue was marred by several significant issues. The staff's demeanor was notably unwelcoming, lacking the warmth and hospitality one expects in the service industry. Their apparent dissatisfaction with their work created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The room itself was a major letdown, being small, outdated, and poorly maintained. The discrepancy between the bed base and mattress size, along with the unstable-looking bunk bed that frightened our 8-year-old, highlighted the room's subpar condition. Cleanliness was also below acceptable standards. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing, with limited food options served in a cramped space, leading to long waits and a chaotic atmosphere that was especially distressing for our children. Given the high prices in Canazei, the overall value provided by Hotel Bellevue fell far short of expectations, making it difficult to justify the cost of our four-night stay.

The location of the hotel is nearby both the ski lift and the final point of the ski slope.

On the day of arrival the reservation made with Booking was missing and there were no rooms! I prepaid all the amount 40 days in advance! Late in the evening we were accomodated in another hotel (Hotel Dolomiti) of the same group (Union hotels Canazei) and we were said we stay there till the end of the reservation. On the next morning we were asked to move back to Bellevue hotel where all of us (four peple) wait for the rooms to be cleaned. We moved in at 12 and lost the one day of our holyday! It is my 12th year in Dolomites and I had never seen such a chaos.

Friendly staff and fine breakfast, plus good space in spa.

My bathroom on the first floor was terrible. No space for legs by the toilet, door could not open and the shower did not work well. Huge stains on the carpet in the room.

Well located. Staff is amazing and always available for anything! Good spa Center.

The car Park is a bit limited.

Very modern bathroom, instant hot water and good pressure, rare in Italy.

Very tight parking. Loud water and sewage noises in the room. Loud chatting in the corridors by staff every morning. Breakfast is barely adequate, only eggs as hot food.

I like that the breakfast had such a great variety and it was really value for money. The room was large with a great balcony and a view. Not sure if all rooms have a balcony, but ours was great. The location is amazing and close to a local supermarket.

I wish there was a little kettle and cups in the room, because I like drinking tea late in the evenings, but I don't want to go out for that. So that would have been nice. Other hotels do it. The parking can be an issue because the space is limited. We were lucky both nights to get a parking space where someone does not park you in. And we leave early in the morning to drive through the mountains. So just be aware that parking is not ample.

We booked our stay at hotel Bellevue here on Booking, but when we arrived they did not have a room for us even though the booking was confirmed and everything. They sent us to another hotel and told us that they upgraded us, but the other hotel was definitely not an upgrade and had mold in the shower. Would not recommend!

One of the best breakfast we had during our trip to Italy these days, with fresh orange and carrot/apple juices. We liked energetic, friendly and helpful administrator at the breakfast :) (Un caro saluto!) Good location, beautiful view to the mountains from the balcony (we lived on the 2nd floor). Best value for money (but we were in low season in the beginning of June 2023). Wished to stay here more, but we had to go to Milan.

Small parking area in front of hotel, so we hadn't chance to park our car there as long we arrived late every evening. But due to the low-season public parking was free of charge (located 200m downtown near Coop supermarket).

The hotel was exactly on the main street and we had a quiet room on the side of the hotel

We reserved a room at hotel Bellevue and ended up at hotel Dolomites. We arrived in the front of the hotel Bellevue and it was closed. It was raining like hell and we were on motorbikes. We called the reception and the staff told us that they are waiting for us at hotel Dolomites. Not sure who's fault is this, but it was very annoying.

Nice, clean rooms with a great view. Breakfast was quite nice as well.

There is not enough parking space.

    5DavidPosted on: 6-7-2023

After booking it, we were told the hotel is closed and were moved to a comparable one. However, we booked a room for 3, two adults and one child, and got only 2 single beds in the replacement hotel. this made our night very uncomfortable.

    6CathrynPosted on: 4-12-2023

The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The worst thing was that although parking is advertised there is actually not enough space for all guests and so we had to park in a public area 10 minutes walk away, which was quite inconvenient for us. Also the manager and his wife were both very dry in manner and this could easily be interpreted as rude. This was made worse for us by some misunderstandings with language. But in the end they are well-meaning people and not so bad. We should learn more Italian.

Breakfast was ok coffee v strong Egg machine was cold for the early riser

The evening food was shocking. Scrambled egg soup !! The other 9 Crystal Freind’s got a discount but we didn’t. The owner also owned another hotel in town the evening food was just as bad. The stag were great the chef needs his P45
