Very good meals, nice location and view, proximity to the bus stop.

The room offered was not what we had booked. The exchange with the manager was a bit noisy, but ended with a good outcome. Really, this could have been avoided…

The location was great. Amazing town Canazei is small, so it took only few minutes to walk from hotel to the center.. Free safe parking

We got a different room than we booked. The breakfast was poor,. Although we came within 20 minutes after they started serving it, the plates were almost empty...

Friendly , helpful staff, well organised , efficient,met our needs very effectively.

Minor point…eating area was rather cramped

Breakfast was OK. Some staff were very friendly and helpful.

Espresso machine was difficult to interpret and sometimes offline. Hard-boiling eggs was an adventure. Maybe put some simple signage out informing how to boil eggs. And add some discouragement for those few egg stealing who would risk the pre-caffeinated wrath of the egg owners. Happened a few times! Was ready for it by the end of the week. Probably looked like an insane person sitting there just watching the egg boiling contraption…. The bar is an abysmal wreck. Only go there if you’re really happy and need to go the other way. Room was ok, but too warm with no way to regulate temp other than opening the balcony door. Then by 4 AM we were freezing. The temp oscillation was sleep depriving. Bath could have used an anti-slip surface. Safe didn’t work at all. The breakfast scrambled eggs were a runny and nausea-inducing. The cheese selection was a bit narrow. The whole thing could be better organized.

The dining area for breakfast was really cold, people were wearing winter jackets ?I understand that the hotel wasn't full but still the temperature should be comfortable enough.There could be more plant based/vegan options for breakfast

I’ve never been to a hotel with a pool we had to pay for! Or fitness room! Was looking forward to a swim but 8euros each? The guy at the front when we arrived was not very friendly…..it was super busy, tons of kids staying for a swim meet but put a smile on your face. He put us in a back corner room, no view, no balcony, I understand we were booking.com last minute but maybe explain that too us….could have been the last room but be sociable and explain, as the front desk admin, that’s your job….we found a nice balcony on our floor, moved two chairs out to it and made our night special!

The location and scene were nice. The quadruple room was big enough.

Friendly staff. Exceptional dinner. Even tartar and seafood was in menu without additional charges.Jacuzzi in the room. Cleaning service every day.

Location is not so close to lifts, can't be reached without bus or car. If you stay apres ski till night, only option to come back with taxi. (It is acceptable)

Fair price

Small bathrooms and flat pillows.At breakfast, certain type of food and still water was not replenished once finished.Food quality was bearly average and the staff was always rushing and didnt find time to smile.It looked like they were doing us a favour.The children bedroom had a bunk bed and the bottom one bed was very uncomfortable.Only a kid could have slept there, not an adult.
