Felt like everything had a personal touch, slippers and robe in the room, name on breakfast table, homemade jam...

Couldnt always leave the door open for fresh air because people smoking on balconies (allergic to cigarette smoke)

Great Breakfasts! And lovely staff

There was no showerhead holder in the bathroom, only a bathtub.

Brekfast was very nice good selection foe every taest.

loved the hotel , room nice and spacious, stuff very frendly an helpfull. My only complaint is about the pilows which are very hard and unconfertable.

The owners and staff are professional and will help you relax in every way. The hotel combines Alpine tradition with contemporary modernity. Very clean and big rooms, great location and nice breakfast

Ski lockers weren’t included and we paid extra for them (even though the staff didn’t inform us for extra pay for using it)

This is a wonderful hotel near the centre of Canazei. It is owned and run by an amazingcouple who are so helpful and friendly. Mysecond visit in 2 years and I would love togo back.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a number of cupboards for storing and hanging clothes and other personal items. The beds were comfortable and bathrobes and slippers were provided. The en-suite bathroom was well-equipped with enough towels as well as hanging space. There was also a large balcony overlooking a picture perfect view.The management and staff were welcoming and helpful. A good breakfast was included. At the time of booking, I had specified that I am vegan and the chef made a special vegan spread as well as a vegan cake - much appreciated.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice lobby and cozy restaurant. Great breakfast. Rooms were clean newly hosted in a classic alpine style.

Shuttle did not run on Saturday, but the walk to the lift was OK.

Very nice hotel serving a good breakfast and mixing a combimation of tradition and modern interior design. The room was really super with a loot of space. It was all veru clean and the hosts are very helpfull. With the stay we also had the trourist card which provide discounts (we use the card for the shuttle bus). Parking is just outside of the hotel.

Excellent location of the hotel; close to town center, restaurants, mountains attractions. Very clean place with ample parking. We regret we could spend only one night there. Already planning for at least one week stay next time.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. Small, homy, and the main staff are actually the owners who treat each guest like family. The room was lovely, plenty of parking and all the facilities were in great condition. There's also a small restaurant on site which serves a fine-dining level of food, absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area.
