Bed Super comfortable

Ac didn’t work well/air in room was stuffy

Good location, polite staff, and the room was exactly as expected. The beds were comfortable, which made the stay even nicer.

The shower cabin was very small, which made it a bit difficult to wash comfortably. The heating system was also quite loud, and that affected my sleep.

Breakfast, not enough of choice

Very centrally located, close to the metro station, a grocery store and a gym. Wonderful staff and amazing breakfast. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Recommend!

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Milano. Close to the subway and with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

In my opinion this hotel does not qualify as a 4 star superior hotel . Rooms with carpeting and 1980s style furniture are unacceptable these days. The bathroom is small, the shower stall uncomfortable.Breakfast with no fresh bread, no fresh eggs or cereals, poor choice of cold cuts and cheeses. No vegetables.Urgent renovation and upgrade needed. The location is perfect. The staff was helpful.

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro station, plus you have a shop very close. In terms of quality and price, it is disappointing. The room I stayed in did not have cable on the TV, it was probably just for show, there were only sockets in the room in the bathroom and near the mirror in the room. The reception staff at the reception were quite ok, they could work a little on friendliness, but I suppose the working hours speak for themselves. We asked for the wifi password, but it was not given to us. On the other hand, the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff were very friendly and professional.

Breckfast was fine I gave a note to the BKF guy how to improve the scrambled eggs.the rest was fine.

the breckfast had foodstuff with label and other with none, you had to guess or ask the BKF guy..

So first of all, the hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars, and definitely doesn’t deserve to pay that much for it, despite the fact that the information was empty, we had to wait 30 minutes to get to our room even though I arrived 40 minutes late. The window curtain was torn, the television should have been removed, it was a bit bigger as a tablet, we were there on Selvester at the end of December and didn't even have a warm blanket, the room was clean to be honest, but it doesn't look like a 4 star hotel room, very old fashioned

Everything was clean and high quality, we found every necessary tool in our room. I hardly could believe it when I reserved the room but it was the same as on the pictures, full of mirrors, gold-like textiles, marble or marble-like surfaces. These gave a luxurious atmosphere.

The coffee at the breakfast was not as good

Location is good, hotel is comfortable and well-kept.

Rather old-fashioned in design and decor. Some steps to get to the lift which takes you to the lobby.

The staff was nice—always available and eager to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the early check-in option, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a good experience.

The carpets in the room were not thoroughly cleaned, and the old bathroom door posed some issues. Additionally, the breakfast fell short of expectations for a four-star hotel.
