Cons -
- Our room did not look at all as the serie of pictures you look at on the booking site, only the last picture is the one from the standard room. Very dark room, toilet & bath room cannot be closed.painting and furnitures are old and from the 80’s. If i knew that i will have taken another room which looks renovated.

The toilet and shower were really small
lovely location in centre of town by the river
restaurant dinner was very average ... overcooked food with no vegetables, good service but lack of care and attention in the kitchen, cheap ingredients would not eat there again.
The proximity to the city center and the shops.
The cleanliness was not great, the air vents were full of dust. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating.
Breakfast good. Used the local Bar Mogán which was excellent meal.Receptionist was helpful.

Downstairs reception, bar and restaurant was modern and friendly. meal in the restaurant was good.
Our room was awful, didn’t match the hotel at all so a surprise when we walked in. Shabby, old fashioned and needing of an update.
I was upgraded to a suite which I really appreciate. There was no fridge in the room, so the staff let me store my cold food in their fridge overnight.
good location, friendly and helpful staff and good food. great to have the option of secure parking for our motorbikes.
The room was comfortable.
We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and there was no-one at the hotel. Access was gained by phoning a number on the hotel reception door and being given an access code to get into the hotel. There was no food or drink available in the hotel on the Sunday afternoon/night and with it being a Sunday in rural France there was also no bars/restaurants open. We eventually managed to find food at a kebab shop. Had we known, or been informed of the situation in advance, we would have made other arrangements and not stopped at this hotel. If we did not have a phone with us, we would have had to drive to another town/hotel. Given the many opportunities via booking.com to communicate with us in advance, this is very bad/unacceptable service.
It was clean
Under staffed? It was hard to find the staff if you needed something or wanted to order a drink
The spa was a real surprise and the highlight of staying at Central. Breakfast and dinner were also fine with a lovely view on the river. The bed rooms however are quite tired and dated and the sound proofing is between rooms is not very good.
Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect for what we were looking.
It was very warm in the room, but it did not impact my overall impression which was very good.
Friendly staff ( especially the two young lads behind the bar). Lovely evening meal, and a good breakfast buffet. Garage for the car very secure, and a good location.
I was grateful for a small balcony over the river and old town. very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. This place is better than the ratings I saw, but I had a balcony and sunshine, thank you very much. Oh, and garage parking.
Room and hotel very clean, breakfast very good but due to covid we could not use the bar and facilities but overall very good and helpful dtaff
