Convenient to the motorway Had a fridge .

Room not set up and ready for a two year old .Cot not provided though asked for . Too big and impersonal for a LogisThe food we chose at the restaurant was the worse we’ve had in a long time . Dried fish , dried rice ! Nothing for a 2 year old except chips and nuggets . Toddlers food forgotten and came 10 minutes after adults food . Ignored in the restaurant… poor service . Bugs found under a pillow Totally disappointing.

Great stop over to the alps. Great value and nice dinner.

Rooms and decor a little tired

The room spacious but very old.

I found mold in my apple juice during the breakfast. I complaint and the receptionist that I drunk juice containing mold, instead of offering the breakfast she asked me if I wanted another glass without mold. Unacceptable

close to airport and free parking - also close to auto route for swift departure

It was convenient to get to whilst motoring through France. The evening meal was fast and tasty and the staff attentive.

The breakfast was very expensive 29 Eros for 2 we declined it. The bathroom needed some maintenance shower attachment needed screwing back up, and bath creaked as you stepped into it.

The receptionist was very friendly. The bed was large and comfy.

Smell of smoking in the room. Smell of humidity (fungus) in bathroom. Soulless rooms with very old run down furnishings. Between autoroute and another very busy road, felt like sleeping on autoroute.

a/c available but shut off for shoulder season. room was very warm. staff provided a fan. older property with dated furnishings. no updates. stuck in the early 1990s.

very few guests, no atmosphere, nothing seemed open( eg, the bar) very tired and a bit shabby for a 4star hotel

Great hotel to stay overnight during long distance travel. Staff is very helpful. Tasty breakfast with wide range of foo

not much - only near by the highway

nothing like shown on the pictures- very dirty and old room furniture, poor breakfast, noisy room - no isolation against the highway ,

What I liked: - location- easy to go to the highway - stuff - breakfast - price- we have arrived later than we expected, midnight, but the stuff was really nice! - big rooms, good for families

- an old hotel, rooms full of dust- toilets not so clean- a noisy place to sleep because of the highway- the air conditioner couldn’t be stopped

It was an easy acces point outskirts Lyon for our days ride back home. The beds were okay and our kids slept very well in them in our family room, so that was a good thing for them :)

The foto's gave an impression the big park was on walking distance, but we had to take the car to get there, so we could have a nice walk with our kids after a days ride. The hotel is between an autoroute and and exit.

We stayed here a night on our way to Spain. - comfortable bed - clean bath - perfect for transit - very easy and quick checkin process

Room size is good and all of family members sleep same room. Bed was comfortable.

We had to wait about 30mins on arrive at reception because noone was there. Lift sometimes didn't work so we had to use stairs. Slow service at restaurant and we were often forgotten, had to wait so long to be served. One of the meat dish was consist of a lot of fat and couldn't eat well.

It was near the motorway, private parking and it had 24 hour check in reception!

We had been travelling from The Hague, and we arrived at 11.30pm. The room we stayed in was dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned! We did mention this to reception and it was met with a struggle to find another double room. It was late and we were tired so went to bed. There was 1 bottle of water in the room, the vending machine was also broken so the gentleman in reception did give us another bottle. The sink and shower would not drain - issues with plumbing. The fire alarm went off at 6.15am - people agitated and hotel being evacuated. Upon reaching reception, man still behind the desk, alarm stopped. Noexplanation given. A queue formed to askwhat had happened, reception telling individuals, a man had burnt toast. I understand the need for emergency procedures, but when reception hasn’t left the desk, this communication could have been given to the guests who had woken up with a fright, many children staying in the hotel.The breakfast was not worth the money. Croissants were stale, cheese in plastic wrappers, egg machine was not working properly and a lack of selection. Scrambled eggs were cold, not refreshed when obviously sat there for a while, finally generally very poor cleanliness in the breakfast room.

Comfortable beds

The hotel was nowhere, it was difficult to arrive the entrance was confused

Staff are very welcoming, restaurant was excellent for dinner, beds we comfortable and the location is excellent

Rooms are a little dated

Hotel with plenty of space and free parking. Big room. Evening starter buffet was excellent. Some motorway noises but it didn't keep me awake. Dinner personnel was very friendly and efficient. 30min from the airport.

Breakfast scrambled eggs were disgusting. They looked like a yellow jelly. How it is even possible to make this out of eggs?? A disgrace for French cuisine tradition. Bacon was fine. Wifi didn't work at all during my entire stay. Road travel around Lyon is complicated: you will need a GPS to find the hotel.

Good location perfect for a one night stop over on way to alps.

my daughters bedroom had a leak in room from air conditioner.

Out of the city, but close enough that it was convenient to what the city has to offer.
