Pros +
- Near to rail station
- The hotel is perfect for those arriving by car, as there's a lot of free parking spaces around the area, outside from the noise of the city.In front of the hotel there is the tram stop, you can take it to reach Granada city centre, in about 35 mins (the price is 3 euro two rounds). The room and the toilet are nice and clean.

Cons -
- Dirty, they did not pick the trash of past guests, and did not pick up mine neither. Many lights did not work. Hairs all over from past guest. Breakfast had many rotten fruit, and food was not good, I got sick
- The smell from the toilet (probably from the sink) in the bedroom
- 1) Despite the promising photos, the hotel’s interior was quite outdated. 2) Hygiene was a serious issue—both the room and the bathroom were noticeably dirty. 3) The rooms were also much smaller than they appeared in the photos and lacked any sense of comfort. Even the most basic amenities were missing, such as a refrigerator, pillow or, indeed, a toilet brush!4) The worst part, however, was the staff’s disregard for privacy. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, a cleaning staff member aggressively knocked multiple times many hours before our check-out time.5) To make matters worse, communication was extremely difficult. Apart from one young receptionist, no one in the entire hotel spoke English.Would not recommend.

The friendly staff and the metro near by.
No fridge in the room.
,location was great, we were on our way to the coast so didn’t want to stay in town. Room was large and clean with plenty of room for three of us
The staff member who checked us in late at night was not accomodating. We knew we were going to be late and possibly after check in time. I emailed and messaged in Spanish and English to let them know our timing and never received any reply. We rang and only got “don’t understand” back before the person hung up. When we arrived there was a man waiting at the reception so we all waited for ten minutes until the staff member arrived. He was not helpful regarding where we were to park. All in all the service was poor even though the hotel itself was fine.
Location was great for us. Could catch the tram just down the road. Hotel was nice. Free parking nearby.
Breakfasted in the town. Bed was comfortable and clean, staff pleasant and helpful. Reasonable value for money and on the main tram line into Granada, a big bonus.
This hotel requires a refurbishment, old style, for me not 2024 standards, old furniture, stained carpeting in the hallways. Lots of coach parties.
Lovely room with small balcony. Comfortable beds. Nice dinner from the buffet (only 12€ with wine) Tram station very close. Lots of on free street parking. Would recommend.
The location was good near to the train
It said in the ad that there was Air Conditioner, but there wasn’t. They told us that the Air Conditioner was not active yet, and was a hot weekend!
Room very dirty, hair everywhere. Shower doesn’t have pressure .
Spacious room and bathroom - good location, easy street parking nearby and very close to the tram stop into the city centre
Uncomfortable beds and pillows, corridors get quite loud
Great location easy to get to central Granada/ bus and train station. Nice size room and plenty of wardrobe space. Wi-fi was excellent and staff friendly.
Bathroom very shabby, toilet seat old and stained, excrement under seat. Pillow was hard and uncomfortable. A menu in the room would have been useful as we were not aware of a basement restaurant ( the restaurant behind the check in was closed off so we assumed there wasn’t food available)
Close to tram so easy access to city. Safe parking for our bicycles.
There was no toilet paper in our room and only one towel for two people. The walls are very thin and the snoring from the next room sounded like it was in our room! We had a long bike ride the next day and were not able to check out untill 7am, probably not a problem for most people.
- cheap price- on the tram station - easy to get to the downtown
- business hotel
Perfect quiet room very clean. Nice balcony window
No hot water left in the morning but anticipated this when we saw a big tour bus so we showered the night before. No problem super hot water.
It was very easy to get into the city with the trams so close by. Location was very good for us. The room was grand and the staff very helpful
Unfortunately we weren't able to use the restaurant and had to search for somewhere to eat
Comfortable roomAir conditioning and heatingVery good location
Small room. Small TV
Not in Granada city but close enough in my opinion (15mins tram ride to bus station then another 15mins or so bus ride to the center). Not great if you wanna go out late tho (I ended up having to take a uber home when I stayed past midnight on a Sunday).
The hotel is clean enough- but there’s a lingering smoke smell and bed bugs here and there. The bed was sinking in the middle so being a solo traveler, I tried sleeping on one side of the bed. Couples would have a hard time. The staff was meh. No iron available to borrow!!!!
The room was clean and the staff were very nice.
The air conditioner for the entire hotel was turned off and it was 34 degrees. It was quite uncomfortable and trying to sleep was impossible. The neighborhood was very disappointing. I would not stay here again.
great staff, location, cleanliness
very difficult to say
