Hotel Las Terrazas

The old building was recently remodeled. The room has a half bathtub that was new and clean. The heater did eventually work. The wifi is now free in the rooms not just the common area. Easy free parking. Little road noise on the far side of the bldg.

There are two buildings, one old and one new. This is not clear in the listing or reviews. The nicer rooms are in the new building. The less expensive rooms in the old building which does not have staff at the front desk. The cafe is in the old bldg.

Room and Location were ok.

Arrived at around 16:00 and there was a party inside the Hotel just below the rooms with very loud music and noisy people. As it was impossible to stay inside the room and have a rest, I asked in the reception when would this over and went to the City. They told it would be over by the time i got back (around 9pm). Indeed, when i come back the music was gone, but the childreen screaming inside the hotel property were not gone until 23:30 and the noisy drunk people left at around 0:30. If you go to the area and plan to rest before 1am, don't go stay here.

It was clean and fine for us in the end because we were only passing through for one night and had plans in the local area. While the facilities of the 2 start hotel and the beds seemed old, I did have a great night sleep.

We were surprised because there is a 2 start and 3 start hotel at the same location. We didn't realized we had made the reservation for the 2 start and that there were 4 single beds for the 4 of us. It didn't bother us but the 2 star hotel is right on the highway so if you are a light sleeper you may not like it. Thought it was a tad expensive for what it was.

Rooms were big, comfortable and relation quality price very good. Nice staff

Just beside the road. Even though we slept in the other side we could hear it when it was open. Once close it was fine. Rooms with view to the road will have more noise even at night.

the restaurant was a bit pricey, good quality food but everything was pretty expensive with no cheaper option.its not vegetarian-friendly. the room was nice, big bathroom and they have towels

Road accessibility to autovia and to Granada. Good working toilets and air conditioned. Value for money.

Oversimple rooms. Could be a bit larger for 4.

My room smelled of tobacco, but not new one, probably it is stuck in the walls since you were allowed to smoke there.. I could hear neighboring guests talking in their rooms during the night.

Location was in the centre of town but once inside the room we heard nothing at all.Basic 2 star hotel but priced as a ***.Parking was offsite and only two hundred meters away inside a locked and secure yard area.Located in easy walking distance of shops and cafes.Plenty of hot water for the shower.Staff assisted carrying the bags upstairs.

Small room. Tiny back door to use to get to the street. No lift available.No tea/coffee facilities in the room but I think this is standard in Spain for some reason!Minuscule TV.

Room was clean. It had Aircon.

The Booking.com site through which we booked said the price included free breakfast, free WiFi and free parking. But when we went to check out of the hotel they said they do not give breakfasts included in the price, and wanted extra payment (€9.95) for the breakfast ( which was just a roll and cheese). Not a lot, but how can I trust the price on Booking.com when I get charged more? When a thunderstorm broke over the terrace where myself and my partner were having dinner we had to move everything inside ourselves, the waiters just watched out of the window as we struggled with our dinner plates, wine glasses, cutlery, condiments etc.
