    Cons -

    • Everything. Arrived to find the hotel is being used by the red cross as a refugee camp. For the remainder of the day and evening the entire hotel was full of refugees. all the chairs outside, hanging ut of there windows, music from their mobiles, playing football in the so called car park, etc.The quality of the rooms are poor. There was no bar as advertised or restraurante. Nothing open at all until 8 in the evening and only then a very poor buffet is all that is on offer. The refugee camp/hotel is right next to the motorway no options of anything else other than a petrol station. A terrible experience that should be fully reimbursed and no longer advertised as an option of a hotel for your website.
    • no napkins in the cafeteria. silverware drawers looked dirty in the cafeteria.

The restaurant located in the basement served very poor quality food but the worst was the treatment by the 2 Waitors which was nothing short than contempt for the public a deplorable attitude

    The restaurant

Hotel right next to highway, luckily we had windows at other side. From outside looks very nice, inside old but functional. Clean bathroom, enough space. Parking for free. It has also restaurant and breakfast but they are not so good.

    Ok

No food available until breakfast, what no lunch no dinner. No food for guests. We arrived at 2.20 pm. We had to eat at an adjacent garage?

    Bad

Even though I asked for the quiet room we got first room from the reception. We couldn't sleep as all night we heard loud chatter from the reception, door squeaking, shutting loudly. Light from the main door coming into the room. Complete disaster.
