Villa Reis - The Villa of Kings Hotel & Spa

We like everything about the place, stuff was friendly , there's a kid's play corner my kid's were happy, breakfast was perfect , the ladies that were doing massage they have magical hands, they know their story, everything there is exceptional, we definitely coming back with my family

The reception staff were amazing.

Requested housekeeping to tidy my room again in the afternoon, they were dull and didn't change the towels from morning.

cleanliness , order and the staff friendliness

that I had to leave?

The place was so welcoming very friendly staff n the bedroom was one of the best ever the comfort n cleanliness was amazing the facility was beautiful indoors and outdoors Their food was so amazing n mouthwatering the master chef I will invite him to cater on my wedding ?

I loved everything about the place

The room and bathroom were superb. Hotel located in a nice, safe location. Breakfast and room service were a bonus.

The room itself was spacious and really nice. However it was right behind reception, next to the dining area and a bit too close to the kitchen. So there were a lot of smells and noise coming through.

We loved everything about this place very beautiful the food on another level, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we want to express our gratitude of the beautiful 8years Anniversary we had with you, Isaac my brother such a beautiful human being, we surely coming back with Kids in October.

Honestly we Loved everything!!!

Quiet, very comfortable & secure at night. However the added advantage is, although it is quiet it’s close enough to “the buzzing” Bedfordview shopping centres & restaurants. If you don’t want to venture out much, it’s just as great because Villa Reis offers a lovely hearty breakfast/lunch/dinner & it is served overlooking the beautiful gardens & the pool area. They have it all! Especially the Massages, they are top quality!!!

The property was clean and tidy. The rooms are well lit and spacious, we had more than enough towels and my showers were hot. I loved the touch of rusks at the tea station. The staff was friendly and the owner came to greet my partner and I. I liked that they offered more than a bed but have a spa and offer grooming treatments too, there’s a gym and braai facilities. The property has a bar and pool to enjoy during the day as well as a jacuzzi. The property is well situated and secure. Honestly a gem!

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

Mellisa was the receptionist who welcomed me when I arrived, she help me with my luggage, she even escorted me to my room. She took me for a tour and explained prices of each facilities She provides amazing customer service, she goes out of her way to learn about the customer and does what it takes to make that customer happy..Ooohhh the food that was prepared by chef????I will definitely come back for my birthday celebration.

Nothing at all

The stay is incredible from the perspective of the linen is clean & fresh, the amenities are clean & inviting, & the staff are wonderful and especially when they make your stay an enjoyable one. QuietSecureThe hamburgers are delicious!!!

friendly staff, great atmosphere and well equiped rooms.

it is not that I didn't like it, but maybe the menu can have a bit more of a variety

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big and the bed very comfortable.Very good value for money.

This is a very minor negative. The property, in some places, needs a bit of upkeep, like cleaning the glass lights, or replacing old fittings or tiles. This did not detract from the great stay we had. It is still a great place to stay.

It's not busy, it's in a very quite neighborhood, it's private!!

The only downside is that they don't keep up with the guest, I paid the night before and stated that I wanted a smooth check in on the email and they ddn't see that I had paid, which was embarrassing

Lovely clean and spacious room and bathroom

Service at the restaurant was slow and sub standard

Breakfast was very good but it takes 30 minutes in preparation. It shows that it is made fresh but useful to know if you are in a hurry.

Wonderful rooms with comfy beds.Spa (jacuzzi and massages) Food

Some repairing but very little

Amazing staff, very clean, well priced food

I liked how friendly the staff was the location the comfortability and the features advanced free Netflix wifi everything the breakfast food the availability of anything I needed

I loved everything about it

Staff were so helpful and pleasant! It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by such warm and friendly people. Breakfast was fresh every morning and very good indeed.

There were some maintenance issues in our room however the staff immediately responded to the issues and fixed what needed fixing.

Extremely friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious. The gym and the pool were perfect. Good location near airport, safe neighbourhood. Everything was just perfect, nothing was missing!
